Don’t see many people with their hand on the work piece while it’s spinning (for safety reasons I guess ) but I kinda like it , gives you a real sense of how fast the piece is spinning and how the finish is coming up since you can’t really see it. Nice job

When I took Wood 🪵 Shop for Mother's Day I made a Napkin Holder for my Mom and she kept it up on a shelf and only would use it for Special Occasion's like Thanksgiving 🦃 or Christmas 🎄. @@JackMackWoodturning yes. I made one in high school wood shop. I actually have a good wood shop. Most of my work has been furniture and scroll work. Now I’m 61 and retired and am learning the lathe all over again. And you my friend are one of the best. Love your work.
