I thought I was going to choose the black sphere but the waste paper in the clear one looks great. So clear one for me. That a lot of waste epoxy when turning!

I like the clear one but it was not really clear, I loved the way the colours were showing up and how some of the paper rolls were spreading out and making a pattern. An idea might be to do colours in the rolls and real clear around them that might be interesting, which ever way it's still fun to see how they turn out.❤
Clear gets my vote - if you do it again consider keeping resin inside the tubes transparent as well. I think more/smaller tubes with transparent internal resin would be very interesting

I was thinking the same thing, maybe just the clear resin on the whole thing. I think adding the shavings and the color resin just makes it to busy. But that's just me.

Or use clear acrylic rods or something for ease of rolling and to keep them perfectly circular :)

Ooh I like the idea of many smaller tubes!
Both look amazing, almost like TMNT masks. Well done Ben and Nicole

Came here to say this too😂
I honestly thought the clear was going to be my favorite, but when you showed the black one, it was absolutely stunning! You are an amazing craftsman, Ben! Well done!!
Dag, they both look so cool. I like the black because of how simple and clean it is, but the clear is wild. Nicely done!
Black resin is my favorite of this batch! I'd love to see clear resin with no add-ins, but paring down the outside of the tubes first show more colors. That way when you look into the sphere, you see more texture and dimension.
My favorite is the black one. I absolutely LOVE watching your videos and so does my 6 year old daughter who's autistic. We LOVE your work and your videos are SOOOO relaxing!!!!
The spheres look amazing!! You wouldn't think something so cool started out as simple sheets of paper!!
Both spheres are fantastic! The black sphere may be interesting with the center’s colored. The clear sphere has my vote.
Another 2 masterpieces. I like the clear one better because of all the extra added color. It reminds me a bit of a kaleidoscope. The black is also very striking. Great work Ben, and Ben's assistant (Nicole)!!
Your work is amazing and inspirational. I thought adding the bits to the clear one would make it too busy, but it turned into a lovely bright cheerful object.
I LOVE the clear one! It’s so festive! I would love to see a sphere with just the shavings in clear. I bet that would look amazing!
My vote for favourite is the clear one. It has more colour I think, the little bits add to its character, I think. Thanks, Ben!❤
Wow! Both turned out amazing no pun intended lol! I love how the clear one came out with the tubes filled with the color, but honestly that black one is hands down my favorite one, just the way the black made all the colors pop is is just beautiful! Amazing work as always and I can't wait to see what you make next!
Those are amazing! They are both cool, but I like the clear one best. You amaze me with your ideas!

That black one is absolutely beautiful mesmerizing
For me, the black one is the nicest. Also, the fact that there are light swirls in the black, adds to the coolness. Nice work Ben!
Amazing as always. Thank you for sharing all the hard work you put in with us. I hope you, Nicole and family have a great Christmas and I can't wait to see what projects you do next year.
Usually I don't care much for micarta but I LOVE that!!!! It is like candy and magic and smiles all rolled together.
All your projects are great. Usually I like the black resin better but this time clear is the winner!
We ❤❤❤❤ the clear one, so much more interesting. Love seeing Nicole helping you.
Okay, I love the look of the layers towards where the middle of the tubes shows! It looks like someone just sketched a version of peacock feathers. Black looks crisp, neat, and relatively uniform. Clear, on the other hand, gets my vote. It's colorful, it's wild, AND you get that nice solid-colored resin in different colors on the interior of each tube that also looks great on black, but is more pronounced since the rest of the resin is clear! Both are absolutely gorgeous.
Black just slightly edges out clear for me on this one Been. The juxtaposition of the cooked tunes against the black is just stunning. The clear is also beautiful with such depth of colour. This was a brilliant idea!
I love the clear one! The shavings inside made it more interesting.
Its the black one all the way for me! 😍 The endless void gives it an elegance and mystery that it just mesmerizing. ANOTHER amazing vidso Ben, thank you. Your videos are what keeps me going through the week and gives me reason to wake up saturday morning. 💙💜💛💚💙❤

Black gets my vote. When you set it down it looked all the world like a laughing duck!!! Both are amazing.
They both came out so interesting and beautiful. But I Love how the clear one came out the most. The depth and color to it just added that little bit extra. Great job Ben!
Oh Ben those are awesome! I love how the black one looks like mask with eyes! 😲 the clear reminds me of a confetti snow globe! If I had to pick my favorite one….hmmm 🤔🤔 it be the confetti bomb snow globe one! I love the colors and confetti look
The black one is my favorite. It looks like a really cool 8-ball in pool.
The black one is my favorite but I absolutely love them both. Wonderful use of paper. :)
For sure the black one is my favorite, the clear is super facinating but the black one has such a stark contrast I love it.
I love the black one. Something about the shape of the epoxy paper rolls once turned down into a sphere reminds me of the eye masks that the TMNT wear. So flipping cool! Way to go, Ben! You're very talented!
I love the clear sphere!! With all the shavings in it, it looks like all the eyes of the galaxy are watching you. Very cool indeed!!
I love the clear one, but I especially love the paper chunks in the clear areas.

Thanks Lynn 😊
they both look really good, but the clear with the shavings and the colorfully filled centers is really something special
I really thought I'd like the clear better, but black gets my vote. I love the swirls and of course the blue and orange together ❤
Wow, they're beautiful! I genuinely like both. The black one is elegant and the colours really pop while the clear sphere looks so festive with the colourful shavings. What I like in both of them is that you can see how the paper was rolled up. Great job Ben!
Awesome job Ben ! I like the clear one better and when you put them sideways they look like ninja turtles :)
You weren't kidding with açç the promotion through out the week! So satisfying to watch
Great episode Mate, the clear one is gorgeous but both are beautiful! Also if anyone can you can, please do a resin hour glass somehow that would be a cool project.
Oh definitely the clear one! It reminds me of a jawbreaker you would find in one of Wonka’s workshops! Absolutely beautiful! Well done! I hope you continue to use this technique, it’s gorgeous! The black one is just as beautiful, though!
Wow, both are really cool! I thought I was going to like the clear one best, but I actually really like the black one. It's so clear, and the colors just pop.
I think the tubes themselves would make really cool bud vases (the vases where you stick a stem or two of flowers in) for your shop! Especially if you could find a clear glass vial that fit inside them! The colors and that wood grain-like texture are really fun and funky!
Between the two spheres, the clear one is far more colorful and I just love how the colors turned out with the chips in it.
Clear! I think if the inside of the clear was clear resin or the same confetti resin it would be a great design. Another fun video!
They both are absolutely Beautiful. The black one with it's clean lines is amazing, but the Clear one with the madness of color is just over the moon for me. So the clear one is my favorite! Great job on these spheres Ben!
I think the clear one is the better looking one, it has so much more character, and so much more presence. If I could afford it, I would get it. It is that wonderful.
I honestly can't choose, but since I must I'll go with clear In my humble opinion it's much more vivid and bright. Great job as always Ben.
Black was my favorite, but then the clear one was displayed and it’s phenomenal! It just has that extra something, that elevates it. Very nice project!
With the spare cylinder, fill the inside with resin, mount it to a nice wooden base, then turn it on the lathe to make an ornate lampshade base & mount a fancy LED bulb on the top via a DIY lamp kit.
My daughter and I love the black one! Keep up the good work!
The clear one is my favorite, just because of the colorful little shavings in it. But the glittery swirl in the black is top notch
The clear has the most happening for me. Love the way all the colors just seem to pop. Great job
The contrast on the black sphere is just so stunning that the clear one looks unfinished.
My favourite is the clear one. Adding the scraps was genius.
Really awesome!! The black is very cool, but the clear is the winner for me!!
This was a cool idea I like the clear one with shavings in it more. I enjoy watching your videos and how you are willing to try all these different ideas even if they don’t turn out right you don’t quit and try it again using different techniques to get better results keep up with your awesome videos.
Both are beautiful, but I gotta say the clear one is by far my favorite. I would love to see a bowling ball like that… would be so cool!
Clear one for the win! You can see more of the layers of paper, especially on the innermost coil where the ends of the paper splay out. The radials look so cool!
I think they're both pretty great it's a tough call but I think I like the black one just a little bit more
The colored one is by far my favorite , so many tiny things to look at , I could get lost looking at it for hours.
They are both beautiful! I like the way the paper got a little bit “fringy” in the clear one. The clear one gets my vote 👍🏼
Both spheres are beautiful, but I particularly appreciate the funky colors and patterns of the clear sphere!
Both are beautiful imo but the black one is my choice! Wonderful pieces of art!
Clear for sure!!! My hubby loves the dragon egg I bought for him for Father’s Day. Can’t wait to get more!
I think the clear is my favorite!! There's certain charm to it that makes me feel like a kid again for some reason! I love the little color chips you added as well!
Black for me. Gorgeous.. love how the ends got taken down until it almost met in the middle. Crazy how it works. Thanks for sharing 🌹
They're both beauties... but the luster in the black makes me happiest. 😂
Those are real neat. They remind me of some of the Pop Art posters I used to see back in the 70's.
I love them both: the black is a little like a galaxy but the clear looks like it has old time Christmas candy in it. Beautiful!!!
Awesome video, Ben! Future Project Idea: Take some fluids and wax from a lava lamp, enclose it in a cubed container, cast it all in resin, and turn it on the lathe into a sphere.
Thoroughly enjoyed this one and can’t make my mind up which one I like better. My late husband dabbled with wood turning but nothing on your scale, thank you 🇬🇧💕🦆
OMG! I absolutely 💯 love ❤️ the clear one! 😍
The black one is amazing! I love how all the different layers show through so well.
I would be more than happy with either one - they are both beautiful.
The clear is awesome. Seeing all the little shavings in there adds a whole new dimension to it. Great job as always.
0MG, Ben you really went over the top artistically. WOW, both are absolutely gorgeous. Everything you have shown us in the past years are equally as gorgeous. Thank you so much for this wonderful video display of art.
I love the clear. All those little color bits just bring a huge smile to my face. 10/ 10
These are both amazing! If I had to pick a favorite, I'd go with the clear version. I just love the little pieces throughout the piece, but they are both stunning
That’s a tough choice! They’re both really cool and have really awesome details about them. As much as I love the way the resin scraps turned out in the clear resin I think black gets my vote. I like how the colors pop against the black! Thanks for sharing another amazing video with us Ben!
Both looks great, but there's something about the contrast in the black one that makes it my favorite!
Oh definitely the black one! Every angle looked like a little froggie face ❤🐸🇨🇦
The spheres are amazing, the clear one getsmy vote, it almost reminds me of what it looked like when you held a marble to your eye and looked into the light
If both were put in front of me, I'd probably pick the clear one up first...mainly because it has a snow globe vibe to it. Loved seeing the shavings in suspended animation! But the black one has its own charms, and looks more alien. Great job in both instances!
Both look amazing in their own rights. I'm thinking that a metallic chrome effect resin would be unbelievably good. Thanks for your creativity and effort in making these videos. I love to watch them and chill out.

Thanks Mate, yeah that would look cool 😊
I prefer the clear dragon egg with the colored speckles in it! 🐉✨🥚 It adds such a vibrant and appealing look to the egg.
Definitely the clear. The rainbow shavings look great!
Gotta say the clear one is my fav, the added lil specks is just amazing
I will admit when I read the title. I had no idea what micarta was. I watched it because I never miss an episode from you. Seeing the sphere the mathgeek and me loves the infinity sign. The way the tubes transformed into that blew my mind.
Both are really interesting, but that clear one is absolutely stunning.
Absolutely hands down the clear one. Beautiful Ben! Amazing how the leftover shavings come to life.
They’re both gorgeous. However, the clear one is absolutely stunning! Great job!
It's tough to choose. They both look fantastic. They look like magic eight balls (they literally have 8s on them) and they're both cool in their own right. The black one is more simplistic which makes the micarta pop while the clear one looks like it's glowing from where you filled the tubes with resin. Great choice of colours there!
If I had millions... I'd be broke because I'd buy everything you make. I'm happy to own several pieces already, I must say! Black is my favorite color so that's my sphere choice!
I thought I’d like the clear best but I love the black. I like the inside of the rolls where you can see the pages furled out. What a great idea!
This is 100% two grand slam home runs! The black is amazing but if I had to choose one I'd go with the clear for sure!
Both are great for different reasons! The best would be to make 2 more then sell as a 4 piece with a couple of other creative spheres the viewer would be engaged for sure and enjoy seeing something different every time they look 👀!!! Nice one!!!
The Black one is cool but the rainbow one is wild. Rainbow for me. Great job.
The black definitely gets my vote - I prefer the cleaner, minimalist look. Having said that, they are both amazing!
Dark is definitely my favourite. Looks like a giant marble.
