I've started looking at some of your "older" projects and really enjoyed this one! Liked the other person's joke about it being a "plaid-er!" It is beautiful...but, my OCD would not allow me to own something like that. There is no 'order' with the colored wood strips...it would drive me bat-sh*t crazy that I could not rearrange them to be in order. Kind of like one tile being positioned wrong in a tile floor, it would drive me nuts! Love your work though and it is gorgeous.

This is precisely the starting point, not to put everything in apparent order. But in fact if you look closely there is more order than you think, because to create this illusion it was necessary to calculate the positioning of each strips of wood 😊😉
