Woodley was respectful of Thompson’s skill set. He also said he was difficult to train for. I think “annoying” was his choice of words. He did what he had to do, avoid most of those kicks and he won on a decision. Both fighters were respectful of each other. I think some of these guys forget that Martial Arts is about respect for the craft, your opponent and discipline. Pretty cool.

Wonderboy exposed him twice and he lost twice. That's all he had, takedowns and big overhand, if those two aren't working he's crumbling away and just doing those until it work. Thompson figured him out in the second fight and got the judges gift. Usman showed how to nullify his wrestling and he changed into The Frozen One

Tyron "at the end of the day" Woodley Tyron "I thought we was in the 4th round" Woodley. Still talented champ and love him.

I'd love to see wonderboy become champ one day.

What fascinated me the most was wonderboy didn't get KOed by that clean punch that would've KOed most others n also that very tight choke that most would've tapped out!! Wasnt it judged both fights as a draw? Not getting the belt does not equate to loss it means wonder boy didnt do enough to force the judges to give him a winning judgement. And I am sorry whether you like it or not there is a bias in every sporting monopoly that would rather see the white man lose. Look up the kalergi plan if you doubt me. That being said they both gave it their best and are obviously too well matched since they cant figure out how avoid winning against eachother.

I think Stephen would give Usman the toughest fight in the division, maybe other than Colby.

Not to mention Thompsons kickboxing and karate have made him very difficult to deal with for many high level opponents, difficult to adjust to. Similar to Lyoto Machida. Also, he is a humble man with integrity and morals. Woodley seems to be another arrogant western made millennial. Entitled and prideful. That attitude is not the attitude of a true mixed martial artist. Because a true mixed martial artist respects the sport that allowed him to climb to new heights in multiple aspects of life. Instead of running their big mouth and attempting to make other fighters feel inferior. Typical of this current generation. No Class!
