whoever did video documentation for this event did a fantastic job. I don't think I've ever seen an event captured so perfectly, so that it really feels like you're there! Wonderful editing too. Great show

if you want to see some incredibles lighting just watch the "coeur de ville en lumière montpellier" or "fête des lumières Lyon", this is art too !
In my opinion is Woodkid the King of drums. Nobody else can creat such atmosphere just using drums and light. It is just incredible.

the visual element and the energy of the music is incredible. can't imagine how amazing it must have felt to been there to witness it all in person.
You can tell this man really takes pride in his music, the way he doesn't hide behind a dj desk but really puts himself out there to the crowd and basks in his sound. That the incredible thing I see here

Woodkid is a master of modern music. He has some of the best instrumentation in the industry. He is like a modern composer.

I often think 'who are our generations Mozart's, Beethoven's etc.' The artists who will be remembered for centuries. No way Woodkid is not on that list.

Also, love the fact he uses a full orchestra or band along with that electronic sound. That low brass section is so creepy I love it
I love how he just runs around left and right
The variety in his music is absolutely refreshing. and this is from someone who generally doesn't like electronic.

1:30 I don't hear the drums here, at least nothing different than 10s before where they're waiting. It might be a heavily edited video, but I don't care, it's a very good one nonetheless.
Watched this 3 years ago for the first time and it still gives me the chills every time. Extremely well performed.
Seen in Paris. I've never knew I could go so crazy in a concert just thanks the music. Unforgettable ❤🎉love to woodkid, all the staff and thanks for this vid😊

This is a peace of art. The best that us as human kind can offer to an Alien. If they have any sense of math which I am sure they would. They would appreciate it.
this music has a strange feeling of anarchy, i guess that was the point, but its just such a nicely executed production. I love it, one of my favourite artists.

For me, you are hands down one of the biggest musicians of the last years. I can feel all the passion you put in everything you create. From the music, your voice, and the images you decide to show us in your works. Woodkid, you are an ARTIST, and to me you are the biggest one.
This still gives you the chills after listening to it a dozen times.
Now I just wanna go to a Woodkid concert

It was a mostly joking statement, but like he writes in styles that aren't as modern you know? Like to me sounds more classical-romantic-baroque, (yes i do know there is a difference, but In general, not like other contemporary music) than modern.

Woodkid...you've done it again.
Woodkid is a truly wonderful arranger & instrumentalist! Ive listened to everything of his I can find on YT. He’s also damn good at all the other parts of music: singing, lighting, etc. I can hardly believe Ive never heard his music on the better CBC radio programs over here in Canada! Im on a mission to change that. & damn....the perfection of his percussion here. Hard to rival.

This is just a perfect perform. the combi of the instruments, the light show, the ''synchronic dance'' of the drumers, the change in the muziek. This is TALENT!
The show was great. The lighting was great. The near-flawless, er, choreography of the drummers was great. Everything was great. Such a shame Woodkid didn't get to use his golden pipes in it. Or not, I don't know.

Never did I think that someone would be able to put marching snares into modern shows with a higher level of awe.
I remember seeing this live at Montreal Jazzfest opening, the video still gives me the chills. Mr Lemoine also did the graphics, he's such a talented digital visual artist too.
That last minute was intense!
