In this video, I demonstrate the process of making a wooden hanger from wood waste. I've been wanting to replace my old towel hook in the bathroom for a while, and now I've finally done it. Towards the end of the video, I showcased one of my early works - the Autumn Leaves Bench. Seven years ago, I poured dry leaves of trees with epoxy resin. I'm often asked how they look now, and as you can see in the video footage, they have darkened.
I made two identical hangers, one for myself and the other I plan to sell and donate funds to support Ukrainian soldiers. It's been almost two years since the Ukrainian people have been fighting for their independence, and the Russian aggressor shows no signs of stopping. We believe that a clearer stance and decisive actions by world leaders can halt the Russian aggressor, but we still witness indecisiveness and political games.
We believe that victory will be ours, but the cost of this victory increases every day!

I love Ukraine. We made the decision that we would move here when I retired and a year and a half ago we did. I retired at 61 and we moved. Yes the war is bad, but I love the people here. To me this is home

See when he drilled many small holes into the side of the bark? That's so the epoxy could flow into the bark and make it stronger.

Thank you, you are right, it is difficult to make videos now because the war is exhausting us all. But no matter how difficult it is, no one here plans to back down. As for the bark in my products, I always try to loosen it. This allows the epoxy to penetrate well. After such manipulations, I never had any problems with the bark exfoliation.
