I wouldn't give this a premium quality table rating. More like a "let's get the job done" level of work.

Great job, I think a stretcher at the top would help with stability!

Great job and an excellent craftsman , the timber feels proud again .

It certainly is a good use of literally fire wood & looks great but it didn't look too steady when you leant on it. Maybe a brace in the middle would have done the trick

Yep, cross-bracing was in order.

I'm 92 years old and I still have all of my fingers so I'll buy new wood.

I never stop being amazed when I see beautiful pieces being delivered from firewood.

Couple of things. It needs a mid-level support to prevent the rocking. It will have a tendency to collapse when press on the edge. You might also be able to fix this with an apron underneath connecting the four legs. The other issue is the groves in the top are decorative, but will become a cleaning nightmare. Please know, I believe the final product is beautiful.

Good use of aged and recycled material. I agree with comments about dangerous practices. I do understand that different cultures have differing safety standards. I do question the belt sander technique of random direction passes. This merely removes material at the cost of severe belt cross grain scratches. The safest method is linear with grain direction. It was good to see the color variations due to weathering outside. Good work.

The dining table is nicely done but it is weak it will wobble after sometime,you should have added another brace near the top

Most tropical tree produce strong high quality Wood My dad also use salvage Wood from old school building, he say before tree have enough time to grow and get older and maybe this Wood from 100 years old tree.

There seemed to be a bit of wobble given the long leg length. Perhaps cross braces were in order. I would not have treated the wood with that poly(?) or Shellac(?) Lost the opportunity to leverage that great wood character. Perhaps an oil was in order. Test samples would have helped with the ideal choice. Also, no stain. Let the natural wood’s color shine through. 🤷‍♂️

They should do the video on how to be stay attentive in work😅

Some people have the ability to see a finished master piece when it's still a "diamond in the rough". I am not one of those people. This gentleman is truly a craftsman of the highest quality. Nice table.
