woo!ah being pretty underrated up till this day is infuriating cause of how amazing they are, their songs bring so much nostalgia, fun and youth. Their debut is called Woo!Ah and bside with MV called Payday, these was when there were 6 members, one of them left due to personal reason

Some small correction Their debut song was the song before bad girl That was Self titled when they had 6 members (songyee, but she left to pursue a normal education). on the topic of their company while it's true they don't have a lot of money (that's changing rapidly with their success) their CEO Kim Kyusang might be the most well connected individual in all of the K-pop industry they have Big 4 producers on nearly all their songs (e.g both CTS and rollercoaster are produced by Collapsedone who wrote Twice Bangers) they have 0 bad songs as far as i know (their debut is a bit odd but not bad by anymeans) and all the members were basically headhunted from other companies by Kim Kyusang himself (even going to japan to convince Sora's parents) the company basically centers around Woo!Ah! (NV Entertainment) i would fully endorse you checking out their entire discography and also their covers and dance practices cause Woo!Ah! are basically one hit away from 4th gen domination. In terms of variety i recommend checking out PRTeam 22 a short office based reality-ish show that was to promote An e-sports championship it was great.

woo!ah! is a happy pill, love them! Their music really just puts a smile on my face! I highly highly recommend their other songs! Also, I Don't Miss U has a dance practice that's worth checking out (the one in the practice room, not the performance one). The choreo has a signature move that's just amazing! All their choreo is in fact very good :)

Oh, you definitely need to do their debut called woo!ah!, their cb after Bad Girl called Purple, and their cb before Rollercoaster called Danger in the same reaction video, these 3 songs have a similar feel and I have no idea how you will feel about them, would be amazing to see

Their CEO is pretty famous creative director. Clip from an article on him here. He personally scouted NANA after seeing her in a talent program. "CEO Kim Kyu-sang is a creative director sought after by major Korean agencies such as JYP, Cube, Starship, Fantagio, Jellyfish and FNC. He has produced and directed exclusively artists representing Korea such as Rain, Lee Hyo-ri, Sistar, Apink and AOA."

Their debut song was actually WooAh! A self titled song, you can really see their improvement from then to now

OMG You literally reacted to exactly my top 4 woo!ah! songs ever in a single video and I cant be happier. "Catch The Stars" was my top 3 favorite song last year along with DM and Anitifragile. Like you said , Im really drawn to songs like this where its nostalgic and unintentionally(?) emotional. "Bad Girl" was the first Woo!Ah! song I fell in love and I love the chorus and the chants in that song. Also "I Don't Miss You" is actually a bside originally that got promoted later and deservingly so! Speaking of bsides, Woo!Ah! gotta has some of the most solid bsides from a 4th gen group! Definitely recommending to check them out. edit: Your reaction to the first time "Rollercoaster"s chorus came is so relateable.

No because I love love love Woo!Ah! I was so excited when I saw the title. I have to recommend their (actual debut) Woo!Ah! It sounds more like Bad Girl, with chanty and cheesy melodies but that's why its catchy. Also b-sides: Pandora, Round & Round and Payday are one of the best bsides of this generation. Woo!Ah, Secret Number and H1-Key have to be my favorite new and non-Big 4 girlgroups (excluding Loona of course, but Loona has been around for like... 7 years now) so with newcomers like FiftyFifty and the main Big 4, the new kpop girlgroup market is really good.

Honestly, wasn’t a fan of their early title tracks, but I Don’t Miss U made up for that. However, Catch The Stars and Rollercoaster gave me that Weeekly’s After School effect. It makes me emotional every time I hear it, without knowing why? I love them, not every group can “connect” or “link” to me like that. At 24:47, when you said that the scene feels like a scene from something. I paused it and said “it’s stranger things, right?” and yes it was. Reminded me of the radio comms too.

Also check out their dance practices. All their choreo is good!

Yes!! Wooh!Ah! are my favourite 4th gen GG along with Pixy and Purple Kiss! I love the hint of absurdity and silliness they lean into. They are a good example of a smaller company doing right by their group in terms of budget and promotions. I'd be curious how you would react to some of their weirder title tracks, they also have performance videos for some of their best bsides like Pandora, Payday and Scaredy Cat as well as a strange and wonderful animated MV for Round and Round. The cute one was Sora btw. I hope you find time to react to more of them!

I seemed to be one of the only people in the Discord who preferred Rollercoaster over Catch The Stars, so nice to see that you seem to be with me on that 😂 Both are A+ plus tracks though, and I really enjoy Bad Girl and I Don't Miss U as well. This group has a relatively small discography so far, but it's been pretty much all bangers. Such an instantly loveable group, I've really fallen for them

I liked Catch The Stars more when Rollercoaster first came out but I've come around to your side since then XD I especially love watching reactions to Rollercoaster because the chorus just seems to completely sweep everyone off their feet.

I like Rollercoaster more, too. Catch the Stars is a 10/10 song, Rollercoaster is 11/10 lol. Those two songs give me an emotional blast.

As others have said, you've missed some stuff...but its still undeniable their growth from each MV/comeback, even there debut was still really good despite the low budget. Nana is just one of those Aces as well. They just need a larger discography.

I woke up a couple hours too early, saw the notification for this and was like welp. Guess I'm staying up now. 😅 I 1000% encourage you to pursue the interest in their performance MVs because I think in a lot of the full-cut MVs you only see the simplest parts. Though for I Don't Miss U I would actually say the dance practice is better because the performance MV still has so many close-up shots that you can't really see anything. They also have quite a lot of performance MVs for their b-sides; Payday, Round & Round, Scaredy Cat and Pandora performance MVs will give you ALL their b-sides for their first three releases, but after that the only one they've done a video for is Switch Up. The last three are definitely my favourite songs by them, but I also have a certain appreciation for their "weirder" side. Just not Purple. Never Purple. But Woo!Ah! and Danger are still songs I listen to. They're just a super fun, super upbeat & uplifting group and I completely love them. Also you got Wooyeon correct in Bad Girl but I think you called Minseo Wooyeon a couple times after that XD You generally had all the members identified though.

Yes Woo!Ah! is one of the best 4th gen groups, specially when they have a little flavor from 3rd gen and 2nd gen! But for me they out of my top 5 groups...because they have some awful typical 4th gen girl crush concept;P which is sucks! Bad Girl was nice, but "Purple" was really awful song for me;( same like "Danger" - hurt my ears;/ But they have amazing b-sides too Pandora and Round and Round - amazing! I hope they won't release another "danger"/"purple". I don't Miss u and Catch the stars were on my top 20 ...Rollercoster almost got in top 20:) Probably i would put that song, but last year with debut of Fifty Fifty and Mimiirose dominate my list;P
