Yuki/ Cure Nyammy reminds me of Well Makoto/Cure Sword" and Iona"/"Cure Fortune because they too started out refusing join the other Precure at first. Makoto/Cure Sword- She once serves as her Royal guard to Princess Marie Ange of the Trump Kingdom and it was her duty to protect her until the Kingdom was invaded by Selfish. After that Makoto felt guilty for not protecting the Princess since it was her responsibility to protect her but failed that Makoto still determind to find her on earth which is why she became a pop idol in Japan. Makoto/Cure Sword did refuse to not join the other Precure at the start of the series but in episode six she finally join them. Iona/Cure Fortune- The reason why it took a very longe time to join the Precure team because Iona have a huge grudge toward Hime/Cure Princess as she blamed her for Phantom Empire's invasion because Hime opened Axia and doesn't want to join the team since Hime is part of it. But it's mostly because Iona's older sister Maria/Cure Tender was fighting and protect Iona when she was slightly young from Phantom before take the hit and prefore she was sealed in a mirror. Things have change between episode 22 and 23 when Iona's old powers are destroyed that Hime gives Iona all the PreCards so she can save her sister which shocked Iona at first to why the person she hold a grudge wanted to help her but she decided to uses them to regain her powers to help the others. Then later Iona finally learns from Hime to why she open the Axia in the first place and it was revealed that Hime was lured into opening Axia and regrets as she blaming herself for what happen to her Kingdom. Iona finally starting to regret for after the way she had treated Hime as she was blind by her own anger and hatred that it never really occur to Iona that she never really thought about asking Hime's side of the story in the first place. Now I don't know why Yuki/ Cure Nyammy still refuse to join the Precure and why she doesn't want Mayu to get involved with them but I would have to guess back in episode 10 flashback Yuki see Mayu as her only friend and doesn't want anything to happen to her which explain why she's alway overprotective toward Mayu. However I have another theory that maybe Yuki never experience making other friends or learn to trust them like Mayu do before they met since she was once a stray with cat instinct which lead me to suspect back in episode 14 Yuki has been jealous of Komugi when she jump on to Mayu's lap. Maybe the real reason Yuki is overprotected toward Mayu and doesn't want her to hang out with Komugi and Iroha anymore because she wanted Mayu all to herself. These are my own opinion and theory so I guess we're going to have to wait until next Sunday episode to learn more and hopefully in the next episode after with Mayu finally become Cure Lillian that Yuki/Cure Nyammy will change her mind and join the Precure team at last just like Cure Sword and Cure Fortune did.

I absolutely agree! I also believe Yuki connecting with the others will be key to her understanding what/how they're fighting for. Your observations in regards to Sword's and Fortune's stories is so thoughtful! They fit quite nicely into having similar dilemmas.

Cure Nyammy has one of the best transformations, like she would definitely be at the top of a precure transformations tier list 💙

Wonderful about to be my favourite season cause they are dropping the best episodes every week!! YUKI AND MAYU HAVE MY HEART!! I am loving these 2 so much and I’m so happy that they are having a lot of screentime!! And I can’t even start on nyammy transformation, ITS ACTUALLY SO GORGEOUS!! I hope whoever animated nyammy transformation gets a raise next week episode looks really interesting!! Guessing yuki going to be really mad that mayu still with iroha and satoru!!

I loved this epiosde a lot what is more to say ^^ The baby tour, the heartfelt picnic, Yukis transformation, everything, so amazing ^^ The next episode is basically the 1000th broadcast and the 985th episode of the franchise while the actual 1000th episode is going to be episode 32 ^^ Great video as always ^^
