This what I think is meant by non-corporation by Egypt. By IDF closing the crossing for aid delivery by drivers. And only they can bring the aid in from the border. Thus, we indeed should take heed to treat each other with more kindness. Unity means that we are ready to set aside our own opinions in order to unite with others.

More likely Israel had intentions far more sinister than allowing aid to happen. They could allow aid through other crossings but only one could expel the Palestinians out of the country,thus the refusal. It doesn't take much to imagine them driving all in RAFAH over the border with force. It’s a crime to kick the Palestinians from their own land, if you don’t want to live with them, you are free to leave and go back to where you belong. and Egypt can fight for their own land if they are forced to, but Egypt is trying to choose the peaceful option for now.
