Watch "Bob Hearts Abishola" from the start (Netflix); the wedding is exactly like this -- Abishola's mother had the final sya on nearly everything, especially guest list & attire. She saw the best friend of Abishnola wearing a nice blouse & claimed it, as it was proper for the bride's mother to be the best dressed; Abishola relctantly agreed that that is the rule.

I'm in the US - didn't know this existed - great- these women are really funny - what a gift for Women's Day Thanks!

She uses her voice wrong. She speaks with her falsetto. When she opens her vocal chords, she actually has a pretty low voice. A Logopedist could fix it- if it weren’t her trademark that is.

Jennifer Brister is one of the ladies I've never seen before but she killed it. They all did. How come we don't hear more about them!? Wish they were advertised better. Idk if they have agents or not but they should. They have serious talent. I think they're funnier than a lot of mainstream comedians or the ones on drybar tbh..

Its even funnier that the closed captions translated the mother's translation of "Stephen" to "Esteban" to "Um demon" @17:33

The washing machine bit made me realize how poor I am lol. When I buy a washing machine I just hope that when I get it home it actually works and that the people I'm buying it from don't murder me.

Those people weren't offering criticism on these specific women comedians, they said "women aren't funny". People dislike things. Sure, entirely valid, go watch what you like, your opinion is your opinion. But people generalizing their dislike to an entire group of people (in this case, an entire gender) based on a couple of examples plus the fact that "women aren't funny" is almost always used as an attempt to put down women/get them to shut up. Ditto on the subtitles! Sindhu wasn't in this video, but she's definitely hilarious, as are they all! I have to say, Monkey's Aria always catches me out. How he pulls that off with scarcely a twitch on Nina's face is incredible.

Stumbled across this & let me tell you, some amazing content. Made me laugh out loud & not just blow a little air out my nose. Loved it. 😂

My stepmother having seen and heard aventriloquists dummy trying to sing Nessun Dorma, even for comedic purposes, would still complain it's still not as good as Pavarotti. Clearly she needs an x-ray to tell her she has a stick where a cottonbud would be nicer.

Truth in advertising. And Nina Conti is flat out the best ventriloquist I've seen.
