Hello guys i am new to weightlifting shoes and need guidance for what shoes to get i am currently looking at dowin weightlifting shoes, nike savaleos, adipower 3 and romaleos 4. I dont do weightlifting I want them for my squats only my question is that which of these are have good offerings like better heel height, stability and durability. Or should I save up and get lu xiaojun lifter 1 shoes or get the above mentioned?

Order a bunch of different models and sizes online and see which ones fit. There's no "best" shoe, the best shoe is the one that fits your feet the best and gives you the most stability.

Kinda wondered why Solfrid open with 115kg even 113kg enough for Gold Medal Snatch after Everybody on the Field was Done ,This 87kg on Worlds wasn't pretty Competitive .But Clean&Jerk was better with 156 was Big for Olympics Class -81 ,I know she already cut Weight not close to 87

Hi, I don't understand whats going on......Anastasiia Manievska......Made a Lift and was Moving the Whole time......And they Gave her thee Lift......I've seen other Lifters Hold thee lift for 2-3-4 maybe 5 Second before they......Received the down......Signal......And thee Judges......Still didn't give the Lifter........The Lift......This Pick and Choose Method ......Doesn't Work
