Signs of weakness: two that come to mind right away are indecisiveness and avoidance. Sometimes they're the same thing but depending on context they can also be different. This video is really helpful AND entertaining. I love the addition of the pop-culture clips.

It sounds weak if you say I’m sorry all the time. Especially leading with “I’m sorry.” For instance, “I’m sorry, but I have an idea about that.” Or “I’m sorry, but this is due as soon as possible.” etc

Actually I think it depends on your tone. I say this at work when I ask someone to do a task at work sometimes. Not the best way to say it though

Not caring is weakness. I like that. When I get upset, I just tend to shut down and put a wall up and say I don't care . But that is a sign of weakness. I always thought not caring, is taking the high road ; but you are right that is weakness. Thanks for that perspective. 😊

I don't see the lack of caring as a sign of weakness. There is something useful about avoiding wasting our energy and time into unhealthy pursuits or people. Complete apathy to everything isn't healthy, but funneling energy into each and every issue is exhausting.
