As a guy, I think money is more of a sign that you've got your shit together and was smart enough to win at the game of life. Would you be surprised if a rich woman wanted a man who is also rich? By your logic that wouldn't make sense since she can already get the material stuff like cars and jewelry. Money is a way to signal competence.

There's a difference. Being rich doesn't mean you need to spend money on cars or boats. I think what they prefer is rich, but spending/investing wisely. Look at famous athletes - many are rich during their careers, but end up broke. So I guess luxury car or boat is actually a kind of red flag.

I feel like modern culture and social media have an impact about what kind of man women are looking for. We all know that 90 percent of men are not over 6 foot tall, rich, have a boat and dress nicely. It has become harder for a guy to find a girl these days because all these expectations doesn't meet. I do understand that women want a secure man, but I feel like that if this trend is getting more popular and women expect more out of men, people won't find a significant other and the amount of singles would sky rocket.

@@schlass8079 perhaps don’t state your tit preferences on Twitter then. And I don’t think a woman on Twitter saying “I’d only fuck a guy 6’2+” would go over super well either. A guy saying “gotta have D-cups or don’t talk to me” would get a lot of backlash but there’d also be a lot of men there to agree. Everyone is allowed to be attracted to certain things. Telling a girl you wouldn’t date her because of small tits would get you the same reaction as what you guys are showing here and in the rest of this comment section because of what some women said about height. It's also hilarious to see how much fashion means, when fashion CONSTANTLY changes. It would be interesting to see the same girls' responses in few years when the same trends they hate currently come back into style.

I love watching these to actually see what girls think. I just wish you would do a series of older women 45+.
This is perhaps one of the most cringey, but best videos I think I’ve ever seen. It grows on me with each viewing. My initial reaction was that the women were not being entirely honest with themselves but their sincerity is what is driving their answers to be so incredible. Let’s review the astounding findings: Hot guys can turn these women off significantly if they wear cargo shorts. I’m wearing cargo shorts as I type this (my wife bought them for me.) Another astounding finding: The least pretty girls (and yeah, if us men can be labeled from 1/10, so can they) are the ones who appeared to have the most demanding standards. On the man’s side, none of the Chads I know would have kicked an 8/10 woman out of the bed for wearing crocs and cargo shorts. This video begs the question on one of Courtney’s messages in that men should not play games, but for the less attractive women, gamers will be largely the ones hitting on them. I’m a 4/10, repeat a 4/10 by these women’s standards and I married an 8 when I was 35. My emotions are all over the place watching this and now I’m sort of sad. Imagine if a man who was ok looking, a bit frumpy, said he didn’t find women less than a cheerleader “attractive” and was turned off by women wearing pants or glasses. Such men are rare because they generally get a reality check when no women whatsoever approach them, much less the cheerleaders. Our society is full of plain looking women who are utterly useless for family relationships.

The reality is: a lot of superficial women care a lot more about what their (girl)friends will think of their boyfriend and the society in general than men do when picking a girlfriend. @Luc Germain I hear that. I'm a pretty frugal guy, and my former-gf started coming at me about "going out more." Where was this coming from? Her word choice was unusual. She was getting it from her friends. That said, evolution likely endowed women with an even stronger heuristic to go with the crowd. Peer-conformity is pretty reliable. Men tend to be less agreeable because males are nature's way of rolling the dice -- taking bigger risks for bigger rewards. Some men father dozens of children, many father none at all.

The way women have been trained by the media to write off short men is actually crazy. Every single response they give here is pretty accepting and logical (even of painted nails!!!) but if a guy is short he drops from a 10 to a 5 or 1? How is a guy painting his nails more acceptable than someone being born a little shorter? Truly a disconnect with reality. Lady, a shorter guy is still stronger than you and could have an 8 inch in his draws you don’t know about :)
@randomguy6221

Part of it could be from media yes. But a lot of it is biological. Women throughout history have been drawn to the stronger, more physically dominant men because they look more able to protect them. It's the same thing as guys liking women with an hourglass shaped body. That's also biology and is because men look for women that look like they're fertile and able to have their kids. Just accept that height plays a role and try to make up for it by building a good physique, being confident etc.

@@randomguy6221 as recently as like 150 years ago the average height of men was around 5’6-5’7. And there werent body builders back then. So if its about protection, arent they better off with a short guy than being alone? And tall guys arent more “physically dominant” theyre just taller…. @@rmmm329 Your argument is really flawed. The average height of men currently is around 5'7.5. But just because that's the average doesn't mean that's what women want the most. It makes sense for women to want a taller man because they're usually bigger and stronger. Your argument that a short guy will beat a tall guy is based on extremes. Of course someone who is significantly stronger than the other person has an advantage. But if we're talking two average men where one is 6ft and the other 5'7, the 6ft guy is probably gonna beat the 5'7 guy. That's just facts. Bigger bones, weighs more, better reach etc. Tall guys are more dominant since they're bigger. There's a reason animals often go up on their back legs when trying to scare away others. Because it makes them look taller and more intimidating. You're wrong, just accept it.

This was an interesting interview. The whole "girls love a tall guy" thing is clearly no cliche. I imagine, had you been specific and asked "would the guy benefit from being over 6ft tall?" there would have been a very marked uptick in the scores at almost any base level of attractiveness and from every woman you interviewed. That's pretty compelling.
The irony of none of these women being a 7 or above lol
Very interesting video concept, well done
The most attractive girl on here has the lowest standards when it comes to things that aren't truly important which shows me she's truly confident and worthy of your time
I enjoyed this I'm 5'7 and I'm pretty successful with women even when their taller. It just shows me that I'm fighting against the odds but still winning must be doing something right.

Great to hear that, keep rocking man! I'm 5'6 and was very unsuccessful until I had one of the hottest girls in town who is even a little taller than me. Financially I'm doing very well but that was not the main reason. She had turned down countless rich, tall guys before she met me. These rules and generalizations are never useful because there are so many exceptions. You should never worry about that crap and just be confident and do your thing.

Imagine being objectively perfect looking (a 10) but your average height, and with that sole reason alone you are considered undateable.
Fantastic. In the beginning of the videos, you choose your favorite person and over time the favorite person is no longer.
I like the different types of girls' sometimes similar, sometimes quite different, opinions. I enjoy you speaking Courtney - when you silently stare you drop to a 1.

A womans perspective usually isnt honest. Youre better off asking men who have experience in dating for their advice.
Hi Courtney! I know you/Teddy have done something similar before….but I would love another ‘friends reaction to men’s watches’ video. Can’t get enough of real-world, non-watch people giving us watch geeks a dose of reality! Thanks in advance!
On the upside being short filters the superficial women out of your life for you. It is a shame because sometimes those people can be fun, but oh well.
I like how concise that blonde girl was. Almost all answers without explanation.
I've been told way too many times that I'm a 8-10 but I'm 5'5" and that's not what they're looking for. Height supercedes everything for women.

I think the blonde is the most honest, always answering fast and with confidence, I think she was more clear about what she is looking for than the other girls and this is curious because to me she is the most attractive, maybe she has more options and that's why she can be more demanding.

I'm 5'9" guy, and I like height on a girl, but I'd never drop it down as much as they did. Even for someone as short as 5'1" they wouldn't even lose a whole point from me. I'm curious what would happen if you asked these same questions to men.
Thanks for the video. It was pretty interesting. If you do another one I would love to see "he's an 8 but he's bald" and/or "any number but he has long hair"? Also I would very much like to see a "he's a 10 but he's conservative".
I would love to have a chance to sit down and talk to these group of girls on how their ranking works and how certain things like height are so important. Another example I see is being stylish. I am going to be honest I have no idea how to be stylish, even growing up or seeing other guys around me that was never something in the conversation or was never really taught to me. I can also say that a lot of friends have the same issue, we dress for comfort and not as much for looks so how could we learn or change that? Also Courtney, for your this type of video, I would suggest to add some sort of picture so we can see how these girls can have a better idea of what type of situation they are thinking about because for example you ask what is a guy wears flip flops? Does that mean ever wears flip flops or from time to time he does? but if you show the them and the viewers some reference it would help understand better.

most of the time moviestars know how to dress, so look for Ryan Gosling(at least in Crazy Stupid Love), Brad Pitt(Fight Club, Ocean's movies, Mr. and mrs. Smith probably) for example. but u're gonna need a fit body, otherwise there's no clothes that look good on you and thats the brutal truth. Get fit.

The blonde (Stella) was brutal. I'm not sure if she just came across as frigid in this video, or if she really is like that, but some of the harshest ratings came from her.
Definitely like this style of video you do - would love if you brought it back!
For a long time I have been wondering to myself why I'm usually unsuccessful with girls even though I try to be emotionally available, ambitious, communicate well, and share the same good values. I think I now know why. It's because there are seemingly more and more women who don't care enough about those three things. It's about mostly stupid and meaningless things like height difference or clothes or smell. So what they're saying is that I could be the kindest and coolest guy in the world who would do anything for them, but they say no to me because I'm either too tall or short for them by a couple of inches, or that I wear a type of shoe that they don't like. Like, SERIOUSLY! How superficial can you get? Now I mean sure, it's okay to have an opinion on what you prefer. My favourite hair colour in women is blonde and red, and I typically like the slim and athletic build in women, but I'm not going to say no to them if I really like them just because they have pink hair or that they're a bit overweight. These small superficial things SHOULD NOT be the deal breaker. Remember though, this works for both genders. It's just that more women than men have more unrealistic expectations mainly because of the influences and manipulation of social media which is causing the rise in adult male loneliness because they tend to go for the more naturally good looking guy that other men can't naturally match and then forget about the important things like personality because they're basing their judgement on that guy mainly just from how they look on their pictures. However, I'm not out here just to blame women. Men do also to an extent need to take it upon themselves to both look after themselves and give off good vibes with how they talk and being respectful, but again, men can also act the same way in being superficial. It does work both ways. Hopefully at some point in time, people will be more educated on this subject at an earlier age (like high school age), and then society can find a more equal balance because sadly at the moment, social media like Instagram and Tinder and TickTok are seriously upsetting that balance.
Damm, as a 5'5'' dude the height one was brutal. But bothers, if you come in the CQB version, don't stress about it. Back in highschool almost of the girls in my class were taller than me, but the hottest and cutest girl ended up liking me because I was funny, had empathy, knew things that she didn't and payed attention. Work on yourself, get fit, healthy, smart, confident, and wealthy. Then get yourself out there and the right girl will appear. Stay strong brah, we will all make it!

The height one was just brutal and I'm 5'8 so not tall but not super short either. Kailee is 5'5 and a 5'7/8 goes from a 10 to a 6 jesus that's brutal. I get the whole being shorter/taller than someone. I don't think it's brutal when a tall girl says she wants a tall guy.. I just don't get how someone who is still taller than you (2-3" is a fair height difference) is so incredibly damning.
