Have half the people in the comments actually watched the video or understand the context of the title? If you haven't realised already, she's saying that the way they handle treatment, nutrition, training, recovery etc. in the women's game needs to be different because their bodies are just different. She's saying (to coaches, managers, the background staff) that they can't follow the methods set from the men's side as it's not how you get optimal performance from these players, and unfortunately, there are inexperienced people working at other clubs that don't really know how to navigate that yet. Maybe actually watch the video before commenting nonsense that has nothing to do with the video?

But they clearly are not the best, all they have done is excluded black girls from elite coaching since the professional era started so now there are hardly any English black ladies because they have been excluded as girls. The World Cup showed the black girls are the best players with Spain forward, Colombian winger and Lauren James being head and shoulders above the other players. You sound like the white in 1950 America who said they didn’t need to allow black players in the NBA because white players were automatically the best and now the NBA is 85%. Proving that only discrimination led to the lack of black players in the NBA.

Most of the money comes from the Men's game TV rights, why should the marketing for men and women be equal. They can help yes. Otherwise it means the success of the premier League is bankrolling the WSL. Even the Championship men's league doesn't get equal marketing to the Premier League. And it's worth 10 times the WSL financially.

Well done on pointing out what has been obvious to the vast majority of Mankind since we climbed out of the trees.
