I love when she speaks. You teach us how to be woman, how to value and care for our bodies, raise our children, treat our husbands and show us how to be strong pillars for our households. All while showing strength, humility and dignity. We as woman need more of these teachings in this era!

When I was Women’s Ministry Leader at my church the ladies resented me, ridiculed me, and did all they could to stop the Lord’s work. When I finished God’s assignment I resigned but not until I told them exactly why. God is not pleased with His own children working evil to destroy His work. Although I stopped working there I didn’t stop doing ministry. God will use me wherever He pleases. What they tried to stop me from doing only made me prepare for my next assignment. God is faithful and when He has called you to ministry He will walk with you. I’m so glad as broken as I was He didn’t stop walking with me and holding me up when I was torn down.

These rudimentary training and teaching that First Lady is talking about is very important. They carryover into life skills. Much of what my mother taught me became very useful to me in the workforce. Proper etiquette started with manners at home.

Amen Mrs Jake's this is what I have been saying to all of my nieces who have children they all look at me like I am crazy we women are responsible for the young women. My mother made us 6 girls clean up and keep the house and my brothers also had to clean. I'm committed to helping the youth get it together people want to spoil kids and keep them happy they don't want to hurt feelings and tell them get up clean your room do your homework. Parents- are not friends to children. We train them...it means saying Get up..u are in this house. They can learn...bc soon enough Others will see if they have learned something useful. Cant pick up clothes-throw all of it on the bed!! Haha

I just love 💕 to get knowledge wisdom and understanding from women especially older women that have been seasoned (been through something)and survived well in age and if you’re doing wrong they’ll side eye you and say I KNOW YOU KNOW BETTER and then i would straighten up and act right
