Someone should tell this woman that "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush." She is married to a man who presumably loves her and she has children by him and she is willing to walk away from that relationship to be with a man she has never met and who probably does not exist except on a computer screen. Sometimes I feel really sorry for women who are getting scammed and sometimes not so much. I sort of feel like they need to have their brain checked! You're not planning to "leave your home". You're planning to leave your husband and your children for an internet romance scammer. Maybe I shouldn't say this, but if I were your husband and I learned that you are only staying with me because your plan to leave me for another man didn't work out, I would save you the trouble and I would leave YOU. I agree, I feel the same. But maybe we need to understand that the victims have *nobody* who call them "babe", maybe not in years, so they pretty much enjoy it. That's why they fall for the scam. I've seen several videos now and try hard to understand. Most of the people are lonely and yearn for somebody who care for them. And the scammers fulfill exactly this "niche". They have all day nothing else to do as to write longing textmessages to lonely people ... and in the end getting paid for it.

But the scammers likely are calling them names like babe, honey or sweetheart because using pet names like that, they don't risk the chance of mistakenly calling them someone else's name. There's no telling how many victims these people are scamming at one time. So use pet names so you don't have to remember so many names.

Whether people like it or not, what this woman is doing can be considered emotional cheating. The scammers are definitely low-hanging fruit who should be held accountable and punished accordingly. There was one guy whose wife had dumped him for another man - he was lonely and looking for someone to date. He was actually fairly attractive - not delusional like some of these idiots - and I really did feel sorry for him. He seemed kind of naive after being out of the dating pool for such a long time that he fell for the scam.

Leaving your husband, and the father of your children, for some random man who is admittedly homeless and living on the streets, and all the while saying he’s controlling you is incredibly unhinged behavior.

She's horrible. She's complaining to the Catfish crew like I've seen much younger women in toxic relationships vent to their girlfriends. Her anger isn't coming from being scammed, she's literally acting as if she's got herself an unruly boyfriend. The delusion is strong in this one. She's selfish and feels no remorse. I hope her husband walks.

This woman deserves everything she got and more. How despicable the human being do you have to be to treat her husband as a backup plan if the online boyfriend doesn't work out!?! Isn't that the whole concept of hypergamy in women? Women will settle for a temporary guy until they find the better guy. When they spot a new better guy, the current better guy becomes the temporary guy. It's a never ending quest to find the best guy while using other men as a safety net for their bad decisions.

If he’s in the military, why wouldn’t he have money for food, medicine, a flight, and his own daughter? When you’re in the military, they need you. They’re not going to leave you sick, broke, and hungry. These women are nuts! How do they not have common sense?

They also don’t make you pay to discharge or go on leave from the military. They pay for flight back home. They pay for housing. Medical is free for both you and kids

the military pays for everything while on duty, food, housing, uniforms, travel (deplyment related), and medical, including family but i get it that people unfamiliar with the military would easily believe stuff. Still no excuse to act like this lady.

Her husband acknowledged and dealt with his addiction 20 years ago. She cannot own up to the fact that she's addicted to this scammer and what's more - she'll likely find another one who in exchange for telling her "sweet nothings" she'll send any money she's got, to him. So, who's the addict?

More often than not, the military pays extra when you get out because they pay for unused leave. PLUS they pay for transportation back to your home of record.

Yeah, uh my late husband is a military veteran or was a military veteran I guess and you know when he got out of the military they paid us, lmao he didn’t have to pay shit then he got all his benefits and severence, retirement and medical etc those military benefits you get why did that shit for life there’s not a fucking buyout Options there’s not a buyout clause in your military service

My husband is a retired marine. We have great benefits for his retirement severance plan and as long as people aren’t discharged for displinary etc reasons then they get stuff covered. Active duty have travel expenses, food, medical etc are all covered. This is such nonsense that people think this is how servicemen and women are treated. Probably woke as hell too so of course she believes in the victim narrative.

Very true. I adopted my (now grown) daughter just after her 2nd birthday. She went through more crap in her first two years than a lot of people go through their entire lives, not to mention the physical issues she still deals with as a result of when she was in utero. To go from foster care to a mother like this gem; if those kids didn't have bad luck, they wouldn't have any luck at all.

The thing is, there's this myth that people who fall victim to scammers are automatically "nice" people, "kind" people who have been unfairly taken advantage of. This channel has really opened my eyes! Some of the so-called victims are actually victimizing others: their spouses, or other family members who are trying to stop them. I also think they get something out of being in a video like this, where they gain attention, a kind of fame, and possible public sympathy. Hey, maybe someone will reach out to them! (heh-heh).
