Woman Records Former High School Coach Admitting They Had Relationship

In 1996, Emelie Morris was an honor student and star athlete at Lindbergh High School in suburban St. Louis. Her mom Joan says Emelie pursued cross country track at the urging of her coach Jim Wilder. Coach Wilder was 29 and Emelie was just 15. In a tape-recorded conversation, the former coach spoke about being smitten with the pretty teen. Her little sister Andrea vividly recalls sensing something was wrong with Emelie’s sudden and scary mood swings. #InsideEdition

True. People like this... she wasn't his first victim, or his last. This guy was a predator, and usually they just don't spend their entire life abusing just 1 child. It's possible this scenario went the furthest, but there's no way she was the only one.

@Gabriel Mondragon believe it or not adult women do the same thing, there lives don't end up were they want, and they go back to some ex boyfriend from her college days, and say that guy took sexual advantage and she was young and dumb. Now its not even about if sex was consenual between adults, its about feelings. She felt taken advantage or, he said sexual things to me that made me feel uncomforable. Now they got guys in jail and prison, for making sexual jokes with other men and hanging out during break at work, some women hears complains to hr. Now said company fires said men or males, then the women tries to sue to get money. The courts get into this and now the man is sent to prison or jail unless he takes a plea deal.

@@robertcarter8600 Yes, another strange thing about it all that she took until 42. He may or may not have intimidated her into shutting up. She may have been trying to 'lose' the 'baggage'. People will travel endlessly to escape their baggage but it just catches up again. So they move again, it's lost again, but catches up some time later. And so, people keep traveling. Sometimes people will go thru a succession of 'lives' where they will do lots of different things, but the baggage catches up. Maybe, maybe this has happened to her. Do you see? Well, when people can't move anymore or change their career the baggage catches up and stays. And that's when it HAS to be dealt with. PS. I have met people like that.

During my final year in high school a strange thing happened. One of the gym coaches married a 12th grade student, the moment she turned 18 years old. The girl had been in his gym class. The teacher was a young guy in his mid twenties, but still. The whole school faculty were all giddy about them getting married; but even as a stupid teen-aged kid I thought it was really strange. The teacher, at the time of the wedding, resigned from his job at the school, and they immediately moved far away. The school gave them a wedding party and farewell party at the same time. It was really weird.
