Cucumber used to be my horror food when I was a kid, I couldn't go near it - same with vinegar. I'm coming round as I get older, but I'm still not much a cucumber person... thanks for the inspiration, I'll try the salad and maybe the cold borsch (I'm vegan, but plain soya yogurt with a little soya milk whisked is a good substitute for kefir, I've made palyanytsia with it before). Do you have a new puppy, or is this a video you shot last year, when he was little? Or... is he a dog version of Benjamin Button? 😂 Much love to you and your country, you're always in my thoughts 💙💛
