Hello and springtime blessings from Yorkshire in the UK. I have just found your channel and subscribed as from today. I love watching your demonstrations and I really need to get myself some beautiful, colourful earthenware pots, dishes etc like the ones in your videos. It is Easter time here in the UK. I love Easter Sunday, we always cook roast lamb, yorkshire pudding, roasted or mash potatoes, a selection of vegetables, gravy and mint sauce. This is followed by dessert. It used to be traditional to serve simnel cake with tea but It is a traditional which has virtually died out. It is a shame really because it is a dense, rich fruit cake topped with marzipan with 12 balls of marzipan around the edge of the cake to represent the 12 disciples of Christ.

Обожнюю та готую всі ці страви. І вареники з сиром (солодким), і млинці (частіше без начинки, подобається їсти з варенням), і також булочки. А ще полюбляємо запіканку сирну, сирники. Але ніколи не запікала вареники, треба спробувати! Дякую за відео!

In Germany you don't have such cottage cheese at all, maximum Italian ricotta. Riccota is similar but not the same as Ukrainian cottage cheese. Our cottage cheese is fermented milk product, you can make it at home from sour whole milk
