They media have every right to talk about the jury like CNN are doing. They aren't identifying any of them, they are just explaining what is happening in the court room. Having said that, what Jesse Waters is doing is disgusting and shouldn't be able to divulge so much information. Things like their jobs, and any other identifiable information shouldn't be allowed to be released. I agree, Trump shouldn't be allowed to look at them, I just hope that the judge gives the jury encouragement to point out when they feel intimidated by what Trump is doing and admonish him and even call out witness intimidation.

This isn't about politics. This is about maturity and immaturity. This is about love and hate.

If one juror is swayed by $20 million ... that`s game over.

When I recently had jury duty for a double murder all jurors were the same. No one knew who was an alternate until the end.

State courts have their own rules, unlike federal courts. Having 50 different sets of rules and laws would be impossible to keep up with, which is why attorneys are licensed by State Bars to practice.

Best that these fearful potential jurors are weeded out before the trial begins. We need jurors who will do the right thing, and not be too intimidated to do the right thing.
