Initially I thought that the plaintiff got a bit stiffed by JJ - but after googling her name, I am SO GLAD that she didn’t get all that she was asking for. Arna Kimiani is the woman who made worldwide news in 2021 for coughing in an Uber drivers face (during the height of the pandemic) after a minor disagreement. Then in 2022, Arna was convicted of “renting a Miami penthouse after stealing a nurse’s identity” (the nurse was her neighbour and Arna stole her documents and then her identity). What a rubbish human. A calculated criminal. Now that I am aware of what Arna is capable of - it’s likely she was being fraudulent (lied) here as well. So maybe JJ stiffed her for a reason 😁 ie: JJ (with her brilliant mind) suspecting things about her evidence/case that would never even occur to us!

Guys, before you all start writing the same thing. There is no contract in play. JJ can't legally bond any of these conditions. She can't create a contract on the spot, after events have transpired. All she can reward is cost of property damage (If proof is provided) and rent (If applicable) The plaintiff is young and naive but life is hard and often unfair. Contracts are the gold standard.

The defendant is slimy too for not returning some of the things and money the Plaintiff gave her. If there was no contract in the end, the honourable thing is to give her back her items and funds not wait to be sued. On the other hand, why the heck was she allowing the plaintiff "throw out" her things from the salon?? For the plaintiff, how can you purchase or disburse this amount of money without a CONTRACT??!!! 🤦‍♀Hard lesson learned.

The defendant didn't deny she had the property or received money. There is NO WAY the plaintiff can say she replaced all that furniture and DID NOT dispose of the old stuff. That would look ridiculous in the shop. She just came in and decided to decorate to HER STANDARDS w/o a contract. Lesson learned for her.
