I haven’t once skipped this subliminal ever since it came out. And I’d like to share my results or things I notice about myself now. I have noticed a change in relationship with animals. They lay with me, love on me, feel peace with me. I have spent time outside, under the stars, drawing with chalk. I have grown a deeper, much more caring bond between things I feel a deeply rooted connection with. I’m like a mother hen these days. I feel like a source of tranquility at times. My teeth have gotten much whiter, stronger and sharper too. My eyes are a little fierce in a way, but it’s almost like they penetrate into a soul in a calmer way. I feel smarter, greater, more knowledgeable. I have a problem with productivity but I will be working on that. I’ve been exploring nature and my love and excitement for it is like a curious child seeing the world for the first time. I wasn’t afraid to get my hands dirty, not at all. I felt almost connected with the dirt on me. My dog has been laying in my bed with me and she doesn’t ever want to leave. At night, it’s like she’s glued beside me and she will be sleeping at ease. Something about the ‘empty’ benefits really stood out to me when this sub first came out, and i just realized earlier that they’ve been working. When i lay down now, where something would twist in my chest and anxiety would try to artificially build itself up for lack of other input, i just feel empty. Not in a bad way, but in a creating space for myself to just _be_ way, and letting that be enough. I think i’m realizing that not every moment or space needs to be filled by something specific. I didn’t truly realize how much of a problem it was until these past few days, but i’ve never felt so consistently good

this. i never liked animals that much- but after this sub, my favorite animal is now wolf. i want to be a wolf in all forms except physically, thats how much i admire them now.

helloo i listened a few times the other day and yesterday went to my grandma house to eat she has two cats who never come around anyone ( not even my grandma) but I stepped outdoor for a little bit and they were laying not far from me. I ended up falling asleep on the bench and they stayed even when I got up and went to pet them! I will continue to listen and update have a wonderful day/evening

I've listened to this a few times during three or four days and some things that might be results happened - I had a curious dream where I was half wolf - My eyes are different, kinda alluring - I feel more mature and confident - I'm WAY more calm and less anxious, it's impressive - About the relationships part... my mom is breaking up with my step father after 14 years. He's not as good as he was some years ago to us, she was thinking about it for a long time and finally made the decision. In some ways, my step father's presence was bothering me too. I'll keep listening and updating (if I remember)
