Basically, it’s an audio with affirmations on a low volume playing with it, usually read out either by the creator or an ai voice, that are affirming that you have/are something. This video does that with a genderless voice. They work subconsciously; even if you don’t read out the affirmations, your subconscious recognizes them. There are many theories about how results come about, but I personally believe in the placebo effect!
