    A Growling Howl & Barking is a warning sign to other packs to stay away it doesn't sound beautiful like that it's sounds terrifying you'll know it once you hear it. A short howl is a sign of submission asking permission to be a member of the pack . I'm sure those humans had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Each member of the pack takes a vote of acceptance and the Alpha is the last to howl given the final approval. A sort, bark , snarrel , snort , fake snizze , growling and showing teeth are signs of disapproval. A long howl means to ralley fall in on the Alpha's position.

    0MoTheG that bite had a very curious way to it. If he was trying to hurt that person, he would have, without the hesitation you see. Wolves bite to investigate. They don’t realizes light bites still hurt us. Even their in pack fighting, that looks so vicious, doesn’t do any real damage to each other, I’m sure it’s frustrating for them to deal with such a soft creature. Even humans forget to be gentle with weaker people or animals, so why do we expect it perfectly from an animal that doesn’t give as much thought towards things?

    This title is very misleading. Also, the reason he was snapped at is because the animal felt threatened when he stood up. If it's one thing I learned when it comes to an animal that looks vicious, is keep your hand in a fist form in order to reduce complete damage of your fingers. Also, Don't ever stare at an animal directly because the animal could feel that you are challenging it.

  • @Ironhatchy

    @Ironhatchy

    +Gordon Fredrick the animals attitude show completely the opposite. After, Steve stands up he demonstrates a sense of dominance, which the animal did not like. Also, when I said to keep your hands in a fist position is because when an animal looks vicious that usually means it's past the point of thinking you're a threat and now thinks you are. These animals here are in no way a threat to them as you can tell from there behavior.

    Actually he wasn't growling at the hand he was growling at the wolf beside him The wolf growling more than likely had a higher position in the pack than the one next to him and he was reminding him that hey you'll get your turn when I allow it That's what all the growling and nipping and showing of the teeth wolves will actually for ce the submissives underneath them by literally crawling on top of them and then the submissives will show their stomachs this is common wolf behavior That's why he wasn't afraid though he should have known not to stand up especially so quickly I love wolves they're my favorite animal and I've done a lot of research on them

    Melody Violet Doesn’t always mean aggression. Pack members will bare their teeth to each other all the time. It’s part of the pack hierarchy and how they communicate. Despite that it’s very rare for a pack member to seriously hurt another packmate on purpose.
