Wok with Tak. Ground pork with shredded cabbage. Template-based cooking.

This is a perfect dish to cook in the wok. It should take only a few minutes to cook. I started out with the ground pork with the heat on high. I wanted to create some browning and crisping of the ground pork. I put in the minimum amount of oil, because the ground pork releases oil when it is cooked. Depending on the ground pork, initially it might stick slightly to the wok. However, once they are cooked for 30 seconds, it will release itself from the wok. You would notice that the bottom of the wok would start to accumulate the oil released from the ground pork. Once the ground pork is released from pork, it will start to brown and crisp. I like my ground pork crispy, because it is more flavorful. I think that you would like it as well. You probably would notice that there is a fair amount of fat released by the ground pork. I think you would agree with me that a little bit of ground pork goes a long way. Like most people, I try to avoid consuming too much animal fat. However, I think that it is worthwhile for me to include the ground pork in this dish. It definitely adds to the flavor of the vegetables. This dish is simple and quick and could be served in many different ways.

I will try this to eat in lettuce or fresh cabbage leaf wraps. I love hot meaty centers in cool, crispy leafy wraps. I'll probably add some cayenne too.

Great idea I always have so much ground pork in my freezer because it's always cheap (minced beef is often 2-3 times more expensive because I get the pork on sale, beef is never on sale). I already have a lot of these ingredients (cabbage, the sauce except one of them). So I will definitely be making something like this myself
