WN1 | Interesting Southwest Boeing 737-700 (N297WN) Takeoffs & Landings | DAL - HOU - HRL/RGV

This is how Southwest Airlines began.
Southwest Airlines Flight 1 left Dallas Love Field (DAL), made a stopover at Houston Hobby (HOU), and continued to its final destination at Valley International Airport in Harlingen/South Padre Island (HRL) in the Rio Grande Valley.
This flight's flight number signifies the importance of this route in Southwest's history.
Southwest started out flying within only the state of Texas between the cities of Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio in 1971.
Harlingen became the fourth city to be added to the network in 1975, following Southwest's initial flights along the Texas Triangle.
Other Texas cities such as Corpus Christi (CRP) and Austin (AUS) weren't added to the network until 1977.

WN1 usually terminates at KCRP, but I guess Southwest decided to schedule WN1 to KHRL for November 2023
