This might be my favorite sketch. It's just so surreal. Absolutely nobody is acting like a real person normally would. And the execution is perfect (sam's laugh, lmao)

I don't know if its intentional but the dialogue between trevor and his doctor seems slightly out of sync or ADR'ed and it's so funny to me
