Actually everyone after Bona are in the same rank,they mostly have problems with pitch,voice placement and poor breath control. It would be something like this; Dawon > Yeonjung > Seola > Soobin > Dayoung/MeiQi > Exy>= Bona > The rest

i've seen chengxiao's solo and luda's epilogue cover and their voice is shaky and airy compared to yeoreum's love cover. it's safe to assume yeoreum is slightly better than them. for eunseo and xuanyi they're almost the same, eunseo's weakness is her breath (i.e. wjsn the black stage). i originally wanted to rank the vocal line members that you've mentioned, but it just won't feel complete if it isn't ot13 ㅋㅋㅋ sorry if i had some mistakes and thank you for replying!

@@bonaverse996 Yeahh ChengXiao and Luda definitely the weakest in WJSN. XuanYi and Eunseo might be tied with each other,both of them are right behind Bona. But usually right after Bona everyone are pretty much interchangeable although I would rank them as XuanYi >= Eunseo > Yeoreum > Luda=ChengXiao anyways nice video

@@YEOUN_channel yes, i see seola's voice itself is more solid and soobin's voice. but after c5 seola tend to strain her voice more than soobin. so soobin has better high range and seola has better low range. technique-wise soobin is better than seola. i'll pin your comment too incase they need the details^^

@@ryanyang725 Bcuz they lacks materials,and yes I agree by putting "=" between them considering they're very inconsistent with support. For Dayoung incase you want to know about her vocal abilities; Basically she's a weak vocalist,she doesn't have any support. Her placement is off,she mostly put her voice in ber throat and nose create tension to usually occur in her singing. Mixed Register: Her mix is more on heady side giving her an ease at 5th octaves. Her larnyx usually already high at G#4/A4,above A4 she usually strains. Lower Register: She easily lose her tonality (neutral larnyx) around A3/Bb3. Below that she losses her volume and most of the time notes below that are muffled and whisper. Upper Register: She doesn't produce head voice. Her falsettos are usually relaxed up to D5. Above that she become very thin and shrill. Intonation + Agility: She does have some minor issue with intonation and pitch but not that bad. Her agility is kind of weak,even in simple runs she have troubles with separating the notes properly and can go pitchy. All of her registers are generally weak and underdeveloped but overall I would say she's a decent lead vocalist for wjsn.

Not enough people give Dayoung credit for how good her vocal is. She sounds great singing mature songs like Boa no.1

Crazy how it sounds but WJSN is a vocally strong group

Dayoung is actually my favourite vocalist

I always thought exy and meiqi vocal are almost at the same level

I like Dayoung's and Seola's voice more than Soobin's, but everyone sings beautifully 🥺

obviously dawon is better than yeonjung dawon's vocal color and technique are still much better than yeonjung's yeonjung has always been given priority to sing the high note parts and everyone thought she was the best but that's not it, dawon is actually the one with the best vocals and techniques wjsn Please consider carefully

yes, luda improved A LOT, and her tone is actually my favorite! sometimes her nasal voice can make her voice elegant (i.e. where you are 2nd verse) but technique-wise luda is still undeveloped, so i decided to rank her 13th. and ranked last doesn't mean she's bad, she's just the least capable vocalist of the group^^

what is the analysis on soobin/seola? i’m a soobin bias, but i understand that regardless of position the consensus seems to be they are equal or seola is better, but why is that? my current theory on the positions is soobin’s vocal tone is better suited to cute pop music like what wjsn debuted with.

@@YEOUN_channel true but when singing in a regular tone her notes don't sound as stylized and good as soobin and yeonjung. ik vocal styles aren't a "technique," but after understanding your voice, you develop a style that fits it and makes it sound more appealing. idk could be bias?

Dawon is definitely more solid as a vocalist than Yeunjung, better sense of support, and knowing her limitations. She doesn’t try to always sing out of her supported range like Yeunjung does, very smart choice for vocal health and longevity.

My Personal Opinion 1-Dawon(i just love her voice sm huhu) 2-Seola 3-Yeonjung 4-Dayoung 5-Soobin 6-Mei Qi 7-Yeoreum 8-Luda 9-Xuan Yi 10-Bona 11-Exy 12-Eunseo 13-Cheng Xiao But everyone are good singers ofcc

No Soobin shouldn’t even be a main vocal, but Seola up can be main vocalists. Soobin would be a Lead Vocal in most groups or a sub vocal.

Dawon definitely the strongest vocalist. Dawon support around A3 ~ B4/C5 Yeonjung support around G#3/A3 ~ Bb4/B4 Yeonjung have better lows than Dawon. In comparison in mixed voice and upper register,Dawon is better. Dawon have cleaner approach than Yeonjung. In recent cover you can heard that Yeonjung is declining, she become to tight and too nasal which affects her support quality.
