for me, as a kid, the storyline behind the magic guy and Alex's family eventually forgetting her was really dark and sad.

The kids almost getting erased from existence and the oldest two having to battle to see who'll get to keep their magic to restore their parents memories and their little brother because he literally disappeared like he never existed. Alex wins which is a surprise to them both because she was always the slacker while he was the magic prodigy. Then she guves up that power to bring back the family which is very nice because if they had to battle again no doubt her brother would fight even harder.

@@milk-el8vq the worst part for me was that I watched the last season on Netflix with my brother and sister some time after because when the last season was airing, we didn't have cable. We saw it listed and decided to watch it together because we wanted to see how the show went on after we were cut off. Once we saw the season finale, were all immediately angry and wanted more. The story felt to us like it starting to become what it meant to be.

Oh my God yeah when I was a kid and watched the battle I had to literally hold my breath because I thought it was so epic but its really underwhelming

We can't skip over the fact that Jake T. Austin was the voice of the main human in the Emoji Movie

Been binging your videos for HOURS now, I didn't know how badly I needed to hear a grown man talk about my fav shows/movies as a kid. Love your content!!

If you watch public television while living in Puerto Rico, you know this movie as "that one Disney movie they show every week" also, yeah, they film the movie during bad-ish weather. There are a lot of storm clouds in the hotel scenes and the wind in that area is not that strong. It also comes in short soft bursts.
