Satyr with sanctuary heals me for almost 7k, nearly 70% of my max HP. Going second lets the mobs hit me and use up their pips, and I heal back nearly everything at the end of that turn and can focus on other things the following turn since their pip counts are then low. On top of that, I can heal at the end of my turn before I got devoured the 2nd time since the cheat occurs at the end of the round; That way, when my turn comes back, and I take the damage from the cheat, I don't have to worry about all the damage I took prior as I already healed up.
