She's a Dr so she knew the process of claiming a body. Remember the people who were in possession of the body didn't know the victim nor the Dr. When she identified herself as the Daughter they had absolutely no reason to dispute that, especially since no one else came forth to view and claim the body. She just needs to submit an affidavit her ID fill out release forms and get the body. And the fact that she is a Dr helped her, they had no reason to suspect a Dr would involve herself in such

Some people lay dead in the mortuary for many months, and are never claimed. Until they are used as cadavas in medicine school or cremated after a certain period of no claim.

I work at a mortuary and people don't usually steal bodies but it's not uncommon to have a corpse be claimed after a week or 2. Someone who work at hospital mortuary is definitely involved

I like that she did all of this herself coz she showed her true self. That quiet persona she acted in court was just for her defence. It will be interesting to hear what her excuse will be. The fact she claimed 3 bodies and insurance for them also means darker aspects of how insurance paid up? I assume they would need ID of the deceased and death certificates. So many more cogs running in this master mind machine😂😂😂. I also wonder how the dad who I assume is a pensioner continued getting pensions etc if he is registered as dead. So who was claiming his pensions? Wooooo this whole case is just a thriller movie with all its twists.

Some crimes are too horrible ....it's not enough to just lock someone in jail.

So how did she know about THAT specific body/deceased person? Who told her there was an unclaimed body from a hit and run accident? Also, she would have needed at least 2 more people to dump that body in the river. Who are those people, and where are they? I think we're all going to be dizzy by the time this case is through!

i had an experience with one... did something that almost killed me, when we went back to him about a strange new complication i was developing, his whole practice suddenly doesnt know who i am... only to find out from my doctor back home that my liver was effed up by the wrong drip i'd been given in extremely wrong quantity at that, and if i hadn't sworn to get to the bottom of my oros man epic swelling scientifically i would have died, the way people were saying they'd never seen such witchcraft. he must have realised his fault from the test results which was the last consultstion i had with him and he wanted nothing to do with me instead of giving me the results and treating me further, we had to discover that patients have the right to their results direct from the lab without the doctor and took those to my trusted kzn Dr after festive. Nowonder people in EC are dying like anything in those hospitals. They way i had to fight for my life and still trying to get my screaming abs back, i dont got the attention to waste on suing him.
