Filling them with boiling water is so smart as it keeps bugs and other larvae insects to get into the food, if they somehow manage too.

1) Add 3 spoons of sugar. 2) It will be an ordinary jar. 3) A hot bath is not necessary. Do as in the video. Close the lid well.

First hot water mix with fresh fruits will kill its real taste & texture. 2ndly your process seems to your are making a fruits jam or fruits pickle instead to prerve them for long time use. 😊

Yes... They won't be fruits anymore.
