Reflecting the tumultuous state of the world, for our new album we have drawn inspiration from events such as the murder of Mahsa Amini in Iran and the war in Ukraine. But that isn’t to say that there’s no light to the heavy shade on Bleed Out.

Within Temptation might be the best rock band on planet earth. Unbroken is a sonic, beautiful masterpiece. So fucking good...!!
This album is full of probably the best Within Temptation songs... I mean, I'm speechless.
Masterpiece. No one delivers so much emotion in a voice like you Sharon.
I must admit that this album is the best they ever made... it is combination of the old sound and new sound. The combination is perfectly balanced in this album... it is metal, it is melancholic, it is gothic, yet some electric sounds though there is a spark of hope in lyrics... they evolved extremely and they pushed their sound into new hights. I love them now even more... great job guys!

i'm iranian and its been 5 years that I'm fan of you guys and when i readed the description i surprised about what you said about mahsa amini thank you so much for your support we enduring a hard time here but we never giving up . the song (whole world is watching) its always been my inspiration .i hope someday we get free from evil also pray for ukranian people the same things ❤❤

Never ceases to amaze me the way you took something so unfair, scary, dark, and just... Abominable, such as the War that Ukraine is currently fighting, to create an album as beautiful and powerful as this one
