IMO...Peel any leftover ripe bananas cut into pieces put in baggie til you get a few then follow these steps and make several cakes at once same work, less time more to share or save. I ALWAYS do this and make banana bread or banana pancakes or save veggie skins, tops and extras when pot size bag filled I make veggie broth or save bones from rotisserie chicken when big bag full add 1 tbl apple cider vinegar per 2cups of bones cover with water cook low 4-5 hours for awesome FREE Healthy Bone broth.

I will most definitely be making this 😊
