Great tour! I love this floor-plan -- I have seen it in person. I love the addition of the gas fireplace! I would flank it with bookcases. Where they put the full bath, there is usually a half-bath like you said, but there are usually small built -in shelves and a place to hang up coats and built-in bench to take off your shoes. I'm glad to see you can change things around. Another lady on KZread shows how she converted that first bedroom into a den. They got rid of the closet and centered a barn door on the doorway. It's great to have options!

I have 2 I am waiting on to be set up and then will get to film them. One is all new home by KIT homes and part of their Grand Manor series. The other is a Golden West home similar to one I have previously filmed at Homes Boys in Spokane. This one will have new features and options.

I love the floor plan. I like to see this with just the tray ceiling and not the old distressed looking stuff. Same with the light fixtures, I like to see it more modern looking fixtures.

I do like this one love that kitchen and the ceiling in it! I would put the TV at the fireplace and see if they could just connect the butlers pantry to the laundry where that tub spot is like just do a door with more shelf's so it just make a circle to the hallway as well but yeah love that porch too it's on the end I'd need it to be on!!

I would put tv above fireplace. The other spot is in the hallway and people walking back & forth in the way of the tv. Nice kitchen. No floating shelves in kitchen.love the island. Would like pocket doors for pantry. Guest bathroom is nice. Love the primary bath Love the tub. Very nice home. Thank you for the tour.

Love the surround porch and the Master bath and the kitchen and the ceiling. It has the antique look. I also love the large bedrooms and closets.

Bought ours in 2020. More options now (Only offered 2 1/2 bath model, but we have the kitchen ceiling and it really stands out. It is ALOT of house, especially when cleaning the floors. Is it perfect? it's close. Best thing is there are no stairs, which as one gets older can be a bother. Oh and the front porch is awesome. We spend many evenings sitting out on it. Our most difficult part was finding land to put it on. Check local government for requirements to place a modular/manufactured home on land as they do vary from one place to another.

Love Master bath, except the pony wall. It can go

The half wall in the shower?. It's ok

I'd go with the half bath and storage option. Also I'm not keen on the TV area on a walkway. It's nice thorough

Thank God we can change the location for the tv! I’m not in love with all that ship lack in the kitchen. All the bedrooms are a nice size. The house is a nice size, no one is on top of the other person. That third bathroom is nice, but oddly located for a full bathroom.

Yes there is one set up at Clayton homes right now. No fireplace and I believe only a 3/2 $240,000.Don’t understand why there is such a huge price difference. But it is definitely a Beautiful house!

I like the front dining room and kitchen. That tray ceiling is cool. Nice to see a great shower in the guest bath. Yeah thats pretty much it. Not really my cup of tea.

I've gotta say that this floor plan is weird!!! Why have that small hallway with one of the back doors and a full bath? Why not eliminate that back door and make that bathroom bigger? Also, why have the TV on a different wall instead of over the fireplace? Just doesn't make sense to me.

Do the houses have to be off the ground that high? Can they put on a basement? I would like to be able to walk right in without stairs.

If you get it as a modular you can put it on a foundation, as manufactured, it goes on blocks and is up off the ground a few feet.

Lulabelle, which is a 4 bedroom, the Lula Mae is a 3 bedroom. That is the only difference I can find.

I want three bedroom and two bathrooms with our Carpet in living room without carpet PLEASE and laundry room with central air and Water Heater PLEASE

The layout of this house is kind of weird to me. Not loving the TV in the hallway in the living room.

Let me guess; 500k for a mobile home???…

On Clayton's web site it says starting at $220. Part of the difference is the plant and location it is built. If you put in different locations on Clayton's site you get different starting prices.
