I would just make that entire area my living room. The dining room in the kitchen is huge with plenty of room for guests

That bank of cabinets in the laundry room is reminiscent of a "butlers pantry"

This has to be my most favorite floor plan, not to mention the pantry. Lots of room and storage.

Love that huge front porch!!! Love the kitchen and pantry. And that laundry room. Who wouldn't want to wash clothes in that awesome laundry room!! Love all the storage in this house. Very nice..

I'd love a large pantry like that.

OMG LOVING THE PORCH...love that you can put a freezer in the pantry, where I think it should go...

The smaller pantry would definitely be for cookie jars/ snack canisters and counter top appliances!

This is my new favorite home! I'd only make a few minor changes. I'd upgrade to ceiling vents. Get rid of the carpet in the living area. Switch to a different color cabinet in the office. Add a sink to the laundry room. And, as you suggested, upgrade to tile in the master shower. I love everything else!

OMGoodness when you found that large walk in Pantry & hit that music I though you were gonna do a Pantry Dance like Someone Else we know! 😂😂 I absolutely Love The Huge Porch on Front of this Home but Needs to rearrange & have Kitchen & Dining Area where Master Bedroom & Master Bath Are with another Door leading from There onto Porch for Entertaining & Grilling. Also all those Cabinets in Laundry Room is unnecessary & would move the Cabinets/Office Area to Utility Room & instead have a built in China Cabinet & Buffet there instead, that would be so much Prettier & Useful to Dining Room. Also Always put a Fireplace in the Living Room, they Make the whole Room!!! Thank you Nate!!! 👏🏼👍🏻

Love the layout of the kitchen. No need to use any part of the living room as dining space. Dining space in the kitchen is large enough. I would put another refrigerator in the pantry. I always seem to need more space.

The kitchen and laundry room are great. I'm not crazy about the master bedroom and bathroom. I'd make changes but the house is lovely

Just when you spoke about your video editing monitor not fitting there, I was thinking ‘I’d have to get rid of the center wall cabinets to put my monitor there’. Adding, I really love the cabinets!

I love the wood of the kitchen cabinets and the layout of this home. Also love all the windows! I’d definitely change the kitchen sink to a farmhouse sink. That second and huge pantry is wonderful! I’m 72 and would appreciate not having to go to the garage (which I’d have one) to get what I need. So many options in this lovely home! Love the M Bedroom (and closet). I agree with you that the shower is the M bathroom could be in a better place. Thank you for the tour!

This is one of my favorite homes!

Without a doubt one of my favorite tours. As for the master bath I think I would have a pocket door installed and of course tile out the whole shower. Aside from that in the kitchen I would change up that little island and make it a bit larger. The pantry is excessive so I would probably want to change that out a little bit. But I do like the idea of being able to fit a freezer or second fridge in there . That is not seen too often. Thank you for the tour it was entertaining and informative. Gave me some ideas for my future home.

I love this home it's perfectly designed I would add a master's retreat so my disabled daughter could be close to me because of her seizures masters closet is perfect I'd add a bench in the shower and make it fully tiled also i agree with changing the positioning of the shower and toilet. I really enjoy your tours you give great advice.

This is 1 of our favorites.. Would have to change the master bathroom around because it won't let me get wheelchair to the toilet.. Instead of using that for a dining room we would put a pool table there and use the kitchen table for dining.Of all the guys on KZread who do these home videos you do the best job and aren't annoying to listen too.. We have to mute some of the others they are beyond annoying.. Keep up the good work!

Love the "natural" looking cabinets. Would have made space for a larger refrigerator rather than standard. Absolutely love the porch even though might lose some space inside. Also would raise the 3 cabinets above the space for computer in office..... many people have went to larger screens. I agree on where the shower could be relocated from behind the door.....

Love the kitchen and double pantry. And freezer space in pantry. Love the utility room. I might add a desk area under the tiny drawers so I could have place for my sewing machine. And I would definitely add more electrical outlets all over. And more circuits. A door from the master to the porch maybe and perhaps a second smaller master on the other end of the house. I would add ceiling fans to the porch as well. The office could have doors perhaps?

I have since changed up a little.

I love this home, especially the pantry and laundry room, but that laundry room has enough space in it for a sink, i would definitely opt for a sink in the laundry room

The laundry room needs a sink and a “dog wash”. I do love the size. I would want carpet throughout. I have had that all my life and it’s always getting dirty. I named my shampooer, that’s how much I use it. 🤣 . I don’t really like that dining area there. You would have to walk around the table to get into the kitchen. I am not a fan of that shower, and where it is. I think toilet closets should be a little bit bigger. Some folks may be bigger than average and some may be claustrophobic. I’m neither but it’s still too narrow. They tend to make them too narrow to save space. I do love the rest of the bathroom, and the master closet and bedroom are the perfect size … BIG lol.

I agree with you about the master shower do many homes put it behind the door plus since the water closet back wall is a outside wall I would want a window in there.

WOW! This is great-can never have to much storage & this provides plenty. The bedroom sizes are great, also. I would have wanted a door to outside off the great room, though-pretty sure that's an easy fix.

Those cabinets are beautiful and in that laundry room that looks so fancy would be nice if in kitchen area. That would bemy Christmas wrap station🎄😄

I would prefer the stove and washer and dryer to be on an outside wall to be properly vented, and I too, would probably want to switch the toilet and shower in the master bath. Otherwise, it's great.

Awesome home! Thank you Nate for the tour, keep the little music ding that you used for revealing the pantry, I liked that! LoL. Loved the layout of the home, especially the utility room! The only thing I would change is making the master bath the main bathroom and the guest bathroom as the master bath...but, that's just me...oh and to get rid of the door and wall where the toilet is.🙂 Nonetheless, wonderful home!

My first favorite!

Hardwood floors throughout instead of carpet, a deep sink in the long counter in the utility room and a tiled shower (like your said) in the master bath and this is about perfect. Thank you for your video tours, I am looking for options in my area so was glad to find your channel. BTW, your filming is pretty good, not jerky, didn't make me dizzy or anything so thanks and keep up the good work. 😊

Nice home. I agree, the shower needs to be moved to the other side and tiled with that pretty back splash. And to me, a house like that needs a real, wood burning, stone fireplace. Everything else is on point. Love it.

I am hoping when we can get some help at work and I can actually take off more than a day at a time to come down to Arizona and film some down there. Be a good break from the cold up here in the winter.

yea defiantly put some wood style floors for the dining room space maybe same color to match that office area so it all flows together and keep the carpet in the living room and bedrooms

Nice home. The only thing I would I'll change is moving the office area to another part of the home. It's too close to the kitchen and living rooms which are high traffic areas. I would want a quieter location in the home. Also think the cabinets above the desk are too.low since some folks do have bigger monitors. I also agree that I would remove the carpet in the dining area. Love the laundry room, pantry and large front porch.

Definitely need a sink in the laundry room but it's great otherwise. The pantry is the best I've seen! I would use the smaller one for small appliances and canisters. I would take out the carpet in the living room and make that whole area a living area/reading area.

Nice house but the carpet doesn't work at all for me and the office niche makes no sense. With that big a house, it should be its own room with a window. Large spacious rooms. Impressive closets. Overall, though, the finishes look a little cheap and dated. There are much better alternatives out there. This company should look at their competition.

I was hoping it was going to look alot more rustic inside with how it looks on the outside.

My favorite so far could use a better window that fully opens over the sink and i wish they would understand that not everyone is a pygmy and put the shower head up higher so you don't have to be on your hands and knees to use it .

I agree. I'm 5'10" and have to duck in most hotel showers.

2things I didn't like, 1, no sink in laundry room. Shower in master leaves much to be desired. Other than that I love it.

For a house that size you would think there would be a nicer shower in the master bath.

Love the large porch. Pantry is way too large unless you do catering. I would change the master bath. Shower and toilet. Having a handicapped wife, a toilet in a closet is useless to maneuver a wheelchair or walker. Young folks do not think of this.

I would make a few changes if I bought a triple wide modular ho.e

Any cat people out there should consider the vents not being in the floor,because they can pull them up and go inside or pee down in there. Been there,done that. Lol

There should be a door from the main bedroom to the porch.

How do you purchase these home? Where are they locates?

I’d be absolutely shocked if they sold this house. It’s extremely cheaply done!! No tile shower no granite countertops mostly carpet.

The master bathroom needs the pocket door on it and the shower needs real tile

To make it perfect, eliminate carpet throughout the home!

I don't like the outside panel I would change that. Yes change the vent from the floor and I would go with darker wood and lighter granted countertop

Try a different sound for the pantry

I loved the master bedroom but did not like the shower in the master bath.

Change all the kitchen, bathroom fixtures. Up grade.

Tray ceilings are 1980's. Not fond of those. Kitchen & master bath too busy with gray looking swirls on counter, glass backsplash, rather loud wood cabinets then different colored flooring. Nothing looks like it matches. Like the size of kitchen, tho'. Great pantry! What can you really put in those laundry drawers, pods? Just make 2 drawers that can hold bigger things. You can have my tile shower. Too much grout to clean! I would change that shower to a better looking solid surface.
