Delayed recovery so op, no need for deadly precision anymore for the mutation quest, at least for me. I did it at level 15 fairly easily. Yrden and blizzard takes care of the centipedes. I’m currently trying to get it at a lower level to see if I can. I might upload a vid of it.

Yeah been well thank you; played HZD and then beat it on NG+ Ultra Hard. I've been practicing a game for an upcoming tournament, and I think I'm getting a PS5 for my birthday so will pick this up again at some point!
