IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL! This is the older style Marzocchi fork! Marzocchi has gone out of business so good luck on finding a seal kit from them. It was replaced with a Kayaba unit and there are some differences with the bushings required. The top one is installed in a recess in the upper tube which requires a special tool to remove and install it. Ask your dealer to confirm which units you have or use the shop manual for the year of your bike. It should also be noted that machining the upper triple clamp mounting are to lower the front will definitely change your steering characteristics. Raising the forks in you triple clamps will reduce your trail and give you quicker steering but you will lose some caster and the bike will not hold a straight line as well as stock.

Is the process the same for a 2000 V92C. Will the spring assembly come out the same way, or is the seal pressed in?

Could you show the removal and re-install of the folks on a Vision or it is the same as the Hammer and Kingpin?

I dont have the forks off yet, but looking at my 2005 Vegas I didnt see the bolt on top. Not sure if its different or if there is some sort of aftermarket cap on top of the bolt at the top of the fork seal. Also in the video it said that the seals and bushings came in a kit and there was enough seals and bushings to do both sides? Is there a part number for that kit, because on the website I can only find a kit that does one side. Have to buy 2 orders to get both sides done, also the kit only has one bushing. The video showed two different bushings. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks! Also just seen the comment saying this is for kingpin and hammer, wondering if its all about the same or not..... if the vegas just has one bushing?

what about adding fork extenders to make the forks longer

On your other video you say the seal kit is for both sides and on your site you only sell kits for one side.Also you charge twice the ammount for your seal kit when they gi anywhere from 30-50 dollars a kit and you're charging 100.

How much fork oil is needed on a 2007 hammer s?

Good video except for when you mention lowering the triple and saying it "doesn't change the geometry of the bike". This is incorrect and it, in fact, DOES change the geometry of the bike. In ANY case when lowering a bike, you guys should know.... you lower the rear the same amount to keep the same geometry.
