That was the moment I said I need to see her live. Since then been to Chicago and Pittsburgh and will travel again to see her. Amazing power voice.

I know this vid is 14 yrs ago...but only now I discovered about SL after watching her AGT audition... her voice is superb aside from she's a beauty queen.🤗😍❤

I remember being like 8 (this show was on around 2007-2008 right?) and crying at how she sang this for her mom, still takes my breathe away

I was starting high school when I first saw this. A few years ago, I wound up working for a private practice, and my boss loaned me Storm's autobiography. Storm's relationship with her mom was so turbulent, and so I went back and watched this performance again and that made it a lot sadder.

I just heard a podcast she did and she talked about this being the first time she ever saw her cry on stage. And it was largely because Dave Navarro said he wanted to see the vulnerable side of her

Storm was way too good for this band, and they knew it.

Livin large with the Storm. The wonderful thing about her besides having a great voice, is that she isn't afraid to take chances.

Love Storm. Been a fan since way back 1997 in San Fran...

This was my favourite performance by Storm on Rockstar: Supernova (close fight with the show's opening number "Pinball Wizard"). Such emotion in the voice. Never fails to bring a tear... ♥

She takes arguably the greatest guitar song of all time and turns it into a vocal masterpiece. Not really sure how she never hit it big big.

Friggin AWESOME! I tend to have more meaningful things to say but this doesn't require a lot. I didn't know the original version before this. This was so vulnerable and beautiful.

It's not just voice. I ran into her at a Foo Fighters concert in Portland and she nearly knocked me off my feet. She has presence too.

Goddamn, she was the most talented artist on Supernova. I don't get why they put Dilana on such a pedestal. Storm was and remains absolutely brilliant.

Ive been listening to Pink Floyd since i was bourn. and ive heard hundreds of covers. this is soooo great. and coming from me then its realy good, im the biggest critic ´cause to me Pink Floyd is one of the best band ever. and no one can top them on their own songs.

Professional or not, to this day I still can't grasp how she made it through that song without her throat tightening too much to sing. Hell, Newsted couldn't keep the tears out and it wasn't his mother that died.
