It's very sad to read about the deep emotional bond that existed between Roger Waters and the band's original singer Syd Barrett, and how a combination of mental illness and drugs tore them apart. This heart-breaking beautiful song and 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' both show how deeply Roger missed the brilliant friend he had lost. Great job everyone 😢❤

Syd showed up impromptu during a recording night in the studio and Roger could not recognize him at all. It was very sad when you read the lyrics of this song. RIP Syd❤

@rexmiller411... Hey Rex, watch the documentary film called HAVE YOU GOT IT YET? THE SYD BARRETT STORY. Really good documentary covering Syd & David Gilmours earlier days before Pink Floyd, & then right through to his death, which was heartbreaking for all the band members.

That was really an incredible version of that song she has a very unique and beautiful voice. Leave it to Sina to bring us the best

Great job on one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs. As most of Sina's longtime suporters probably know, she has had the most viewed and the best KZread drum channel over the past 5 years. In January of 2020 she passed 300 million views after being on KZread for 6 years and 4 months. This Friday she will pass 600 million views after 9 years and 8 months! The only other KZread drummer to reach that level is Casey Cooper and it took him 13 years and 8 months. Of the top 40 KZread drum channels as ranked by Feedspot only 5 (and 1 unranked durm channel) have even reached 300 million views and most of them have been on KZread longer than Sina. This post does not even touch the many reasons we love and respect Sina, but hopefully objective facts will ad to the understanding of how amazing she is. Thank you Sina.(5/18/2023)

One thing, it is still all about “great real music,” and that makes it a pleasure to sit back, put on the headphones, and just listen. Have you ever considered doing a something from the late 60s? There are some great ones out there to consider!

While there is some fairly nice modern music, all the 'big' people are, let's face it, pretty bland. We NEED you and your gang to save music!

At first the was “mixed” by the studio Then tracks were removed, altered, replaced, and messed with in all sorts of manner. In effect the Producers took over the final track’s sound and feel. I prefer the real, rich, organic feel and depth of very talented musicians any day.

One of the most beautiful voices I have heard in years. Would love to hear more from her.

I’m 70 years old, and seriously…I was just watching a clip of the Beatles recording George Harrison’s “For Your Blue” for Let It Be Album. I can’t tell you how Wonderful this was to watch! People who are not in this business don’t know what the feeling is when the RECORDING begins. There is a bit of pressure to get everything right, each note, the EQ Balance settings perfect, the Vocal level exactly where it should be. Your musicianship as a whole was so wonderful to watch and hear. I’ve been watching Sina for many years. She was a mere girl when I first subscribed. To see young people take an old standard like this blessed my heart! I love the Guild 12 String! I bought one in 1979. Fine sound! ALL of you deserve props for this performance! 👏👏👏 Elsa, GREAT job on the Vocal! Thank you! Sina, Thank you! ❤

the accompaniments and arrangements were amazing!! The vocals were made their own which I thought was so in keeping with the spirit of the cut! SINA your ability to meet and sustain the rhythms were not lost here in this very subtle percussion backing!!! OUTSTANDING work band!

Ich verfolge Sinas Channel seit es ihn gibt und bin happy, dass sie und ihre Freunde sich der "alten" Musik angenommen haben. Ich habe mit meiner Freundin das erste Konzert in München gesehen, das war im Herbst 1973. Dann das nächste glaube ich etwa Ende der 80er Jahre und das dritte Mitte der 90er. Unvergängliche Klänge bei leider vergänglicher Jugend... Keep on, Sina...
