Wisconsin Dells - A Drive Around Lake Delton in 4K

A Different View of Wisconsin Dells! Filmed in July of 2021 in full 4K HDR, this video shares footage of the Dells area that is just as interesting, but less seen because it's off of Dells Parkway.
In this video, we take a drive around the entire perimeter of Lake Delton in Wisconsin Dells and get a closer look at some popular as well as lesser-known attractions, hotels, and restaurants.
Starting at the intersection of Wisconsin Dells Parkway and County Road A (near Top Secret and the BP Gas Station), we head up around the lake for a view of the Wisconsin Dells that isn't always seen.
Along the way, we get a closer look at the point where Lake Delton overflowed into the Wisconsin River in 2008, Natura Treescape Resort, Newport Beach Park, River's Edge Resort, Lost Canyon, Cliffside Resort, The Brat House, The Del-Bar Supper Club, Wilderness on the Lake, The Delton Grand Resort, The Summer House Lakeside Restaurant, Aloha Beach Resort, and many others!
Rather than just a drive-through tour, this time we've included photos and footage from our visits to all of these places. We hope it adds an extra dimension to the tour, and gives you a better sense of all the great options in the Wisconsin Dells that you don't see on the main roads.
We have lots more Wisconsin Dells videos to come, so if you want to learn more about different things to do in the Wisconsin Dells, please subscribe.
Enjoy the drive!

Same here! I still call the Del Bar by it's old name, Jimmy's! I recommend giving Delton Oaks a try also. The owner is awesome! Free kayaks and firewood! they often have live music on Thursdays also. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion too

Thanks for posting this, you brought back fond memories! There used to be “Pine Beach Resort” located on County A apparently just east of Aloha - My parents were friends with the owners and we spent a lot of time there. The whole area was much different back then, we starting visiting the area before it became super commercialized and gaudy …

I'm glad this video brought back some memories for you! I remember Pine Beach Resort! When I was a kid we stayed at Anchor Bay Resort, which was just across the bay from Dawn Manor and just down the road from Pine Beach. Unfortunately, there's not a great view, but right at the 1:59 mark in the video, you'll see a glimpse of the brick wall that was along the front entrance to Pine Beach, which still has the globe lights along the top. Several years ago when staying at Aloha Beach, we had the occasion to walk the grounds of the abandoned Pine Beach property, which still had several of the cabins in place and intact. The pool and buildings have since been cleared, but there still remains the old wood bench along the lakeshore, and you can still read "Pine Beach" stenciled on it. (I wish I could post a photo of that here.) Thanks for watching and for taking the time to leave your comment!

Yes - I remember it from way back when. Since this video, I’ve picked up a couple of old postcards from the Tiki Miotel. The original pool is where one if the tiki room parking lots is today!

Hi Mike, Thanks for your comment - I'm glad you liked the video. We actually DO have a video being prepared for the Natura Treescape Resort which will have plenty of footage of their natural lagoon. It's in line behind two other vidoes which will be coming out in the next week, so if you keep an eye out, it should be up shortly after that.

@@mikebolton3460 You're very welcome - I'm glad I have the footage. Also, one of the others coming out is a closer look at Aloha Beach. You've probably already learned that guests of Natura and Aloha Beach are free to use facilities at either location.

Hi Rose - That’s a great question, and the answer is no. You must be a guest of a Dells Resort property to use the facilities. However, the owners are in the process of opening a new outdoor adventure park called, Land of Natura. Opening sometime soon, this place will have its own floating water park plus several other outdoor activities, and anyone can go - you just buy a ticket. Hope this helps!
