Thank you, i need to take th3 glove compartment off to replace my blower motor. Since the grate on the back of the box hampers twisting the motor in place. I had no idea I'd have to take the dash off... he comes another adventure ducking the mercedes dealership

Very nice tutorial. Is it possible to utilize touchscreen in 2013-2016 GLK 350 with this unit? Can a touchscreen screen be installed to replace the factory unit?

there is a 10 and 12 inches screens to replace the factory one, is not necessary this box to use them, if you install this box there is no touchscreen to work as a factory one, so, the two options you have are, buy an aftermarket android unit or use this types of boxes to give carplay to the factory one.

After you installed it you said you hooked up the USB for Apple Carplay. I dont want the phone to be connected how do you set up the wireless carplay. Does the factory backup camera work automatically or do you need to switch it out of the Road top box to see it. Thank you

You can setup wireless CarPlay through the settings of our module. The rearview camera would work automatically.

Hello is there any other cables i need to purchase or is it all included for my 2015glk? As i saw the display wont change so no touchscreen

The engineering mode on my GLK is totally different. Mine is a 2014 GLK... There is no auxiliary hardware option...
