Yes it is great takes me back to the early 1970s! A pioneer of the twin lead guitar is Wishbone Ash, have a listen to the harmonies in The King Will Come. This is the first Wintersun track I have listened to, was wanting to hear what Jukka sounds like 🤘

Right I love iron maiden, it's the band that introduced me to metal and I'll think I'll never stop loving them but damn those guys are 1000 times better then iron maiden, metalica and black sabbath all together. I only discowered them now, listened to only three song so far ('sons of winter and stars', 'time' and this one) and I can already tell they are one of my favourite bands and somehow I know that their songs you can never get tired of them.

I only discovered Wintersun a couple of weeks ago. How this band flew under my radar is beyond me. This is incredible talent...

There is so much mediocre main stream music being pushed in to our ears it is hard to find the good stuff. I think that is one of the reasons anyway. But you are here now :-)

Each time listening to Wintersun is different... The first time you hear the joy of the tune, and the complexity of the instruments and how they correspond with one another so greatly; the other time you will hear the emotions behind them, each replay unveiling something new and wonderful yet dark and sad at the same time.

I'm very happy Wintersun became a whole new genre. Wintersun inspired many other similar sounding bands.

I love how passionate Kai is about this song!

Being at their live show in Chicago 2012 and hearing the whole audience (and me) start the opening to this song a few bars early and Jari's face lighting up is a memory I will never forget

Wintersun is a unique Band. I remember the time their first self-titled album released. Played on the loop while playing World of Warcraft. Amazing times. Death and the Healing and Sadness and Hate were my jam. Then the wait for the second album begun lol.

Those are also my two favorite songs from that first Wintersun album. Then I saw them live in 2018 and was blown away by Sleeping Stars, now I have three favorite songs from that album.

Ah the memories, this band was with my whole teenage years. I blasted Death and the Healing through my guitarist friend's amp and he thought it was good. And in general I listened to this band as I go home after school with my friends in the winter, on the snowy path, throwing snowballs to each other. The memories. I wish I could go back to those days.

Time is the original idea (time 1 and 2), but he cut the album just for label decision. We just can imagine if Jari releases the original concept...

this will sound silly, but honestly, we dont deserve Time II. Humanity is, in few words, a bunch of apes killing each other and destroying everything around them. This is too good, too deep for us.
