I've never seen red wine used for risotto during the cooking process. I've also never seen butter used instead of heavy cream. I'm also not a fan of beets, but that dish looks fantastic, especially since he roasted the beets with salt, sugar, and balsamic. I believe I could get into beets cooked that way. Seems like that method would kill some of that overpowering "earthy" flavor, that beets tend to have. Man, this is why I love watching Ramsay's vids. I learn something new and always seem to get inspired by them, every time I watch, and I've cooked in kitchens for 20 years. It's obvious that Tilly is gonna continue Gordon's legacy. Can't wait to see her grow into her own. She's gonna do great things, I'm sure! 😊

this holiday season at my place we like the turkey, but we also make a traditional cipate these so good goldon you must wipe this,,,,translate the page into english for you and try it out .. well i'll give you the real basis, of this recipe --- bacon in the bottom of a thick cauldron to go in the oven. you add bacon slices everywhere, then you put your pie dough with the chewing yeast for cake, in your pie mix, when the dough is ready, add a large dough to the bottom of your cauldron and add the small cubes of meat and the potatoes ,, for the spices add cinnamon powder from a tablespoon, .- a teaspoon of clove and onion powder, finely chopped ,, add mini pie dough balls all over, mix, then put a big dough on top and make a hole in the center and add the chicken and beef broth to mix in the hole and the liquid should just pass through the top dough, , cover it with aluminum foil or covered, over low heat 350 for 6 hours and every 30 minutes to 1 hour, check if you have already left the broth in the dough, always and above the top paate so that it does not dry, and at the end of when baking you remove the aluminum foil and brown the crust and voila, www.laterre.ca/recettes/cipate-canadien www.mafourchette.com/recettes/le-cipate-la-vraie-de-vraie-methode-traditionnelle-de-le-faire
