Running in the snow and cold winter weather conditions of January in Maryland made for some fun Indoor Track Training. Carroll County, Maryland Indoor Track and Field Championships 2024. Ran a mile PR of 4:38 and then a 2:06 for 800 meters, so still work to be done.
