Where does the beef stock come from? Not homemade came from a store did innit
Man's food mate, a big bowl of that and a fast spoon. slice of good bread and a squirt of Worcestershire sauce, food of the Gods.
Thank You Andy, For some reason, I am no only craving a lovely stew, but want a stone bowl. Thank You so much for another lovely video. Bless you and yours.

Thank you Louise :) The bowl is essentially what they call a dolsot, I think its a korean thing, link to this one in the description
Again, really appreciate your videos. I'm greatly suffering from Neuropathy in every sense, so your shows are such a great comfort. I've aged 20 years in just 1 year, so discovering your channel has eased it somewhat.
Highly recommend pouring the stock very slowly into a HOT baking dish. Especially stone or enameled cast iron. Liquids can drop the vessel temperature too quickly and cause a fracture! Preheating the liquid helps.
Gorgeous meal Andy, hoping you'll release a cookbook some day! 😊 Cheers from Philly!
That stew looked lovely,😋.now over to see what Simon is cooking, probably berries or something😱..

The girl and I made a beef stew at the weekend. Spent all day in a fully modern kitchen, didn't look as amazing as that though Andy. We loved the vid.
This man just cooked stew in a rock f***ing legend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You may want to try searing the meat before adding it to the stew pot. I find it adds quite a bit of flavor. Great video, as always!
You cant beat a good stew to warm the cockles on a winters day.Looks delicious, and has given me an idea to make a chicken and dumpling stew next time im up in the woods.
Food looks yummy, view looks amazing, everything is just perfect. Andy’s food never disappoints.
There's just that little something with food cooked on an open fire that adds to the flavour from the flame the smoke and the wood your burning no cooker can copy of emulate it . Nice one Andy👍
That looked real yummy, even to me who seems to have accidentally become a vegetarian in the last couple of years. 😉 Be well Andy.😊
When I lived in Scotland, I would hike to a Folly and make a fire in a Victorian fireplace/chimney that ran up a cliff wall-- a grown over area a few hundred yards in front of Murray Hall in Stirling-- I could sit in front of that fire and play my harmonica all night long-- just doing nothing. Stateside, if I can't hunt/fish/goldpan-- I'll get so bored bushcrafting. Amazing how population density affects my needs. I would go insane in the UK. Just so many people and so few places to escape from them. So I am happy Andy and others have found their happy places... sad that they still have cell coverage.
That stew looks banging Andy, bet it tastes even nicer eating out of the wooden bowl, just needed some crusty bread to go with it
Sitting in my crackhouse, got the wood stove(2×4 stovetop)going, with a can of generic Dinty Moore beef stew. Gratitude. Thanks Andy.
Fuck yea bro. I’m happy you get to expirience this. It must be a true joy.

Stew can be quite a bit thicker you could’ve used a thickener that would’ve been nicer to eat!
That looked the nuts Andy, pearl barley is a delicious add on to stews, and a bit of Lea and perrins
