In this video, we work hard to convert our unused barn space into a cottage playhouse for our daughter. It is quite a large project! We first clean up the space, including taking down shelving, peg board walls, and the ceiling. Next, we use self-leveling concrete to fix cracks in the floor, add extra outlets and move light fixtures, insulate the walls, put up drywall on the ceiling and walls, and put up flooring in an area that will become the loft. Finally, we paint the door and add decorative hinges so that it has a cottage feel.
