The quilt is not only beautifully done, but I might have finally found a quilt top pattern for myself. The crochet throw is beautiful. What a lucky daughter is Isabella, I love her taste too! I have many crocheted doilies etc handmade by my grandmother but virtually unusable in today’s modern decorating vibe. Fortunately I don’t follow those trends and still use these beautiful pieces (including embroidered tablecloths and crochet edged linens) in our home. I’m sure that’s why I love these gorgeous Chateau rooms, because of the fine and traditional furniture pieces they can mix with the modern. Vivienne you are a design elite and Simon is such a wonderfully capable carpenter/assistant! 🏰💖💖💖

I think it's a good idea for Isabella to have a permanent room at the chateau, even when she gets her own apartment in Paris. She'll always have her home, where her parents are.

I will have to see if that is available for viewing on KZread for us American's. What a beautiful life you all have living in an old chateau and in the country. The only thing that could make that turret-room more magical would be to find wallpaper with a Medieval theme ...like the paper Stephanie had created/enlarged from her father's painting... printed by Steve I believe, for Chateau LaLande's tiny bathroom. I wonder if Stephanie has extra, or would be willing to sell (to her YT audience) that amazing wallpaper!! (?) Of course Vivienne has the artistic skills to paint and create her OWN Medieval wallpaper with similar scenes ...as seen on old tapestries!!
