Now that I have a nice blender, I will grow Kale again in the upcoming summer. I know Kale is healthy but I didn't grow much of if before because they were too chewy for me as salad and stir fry. I'm going to make puree kale soup in the upcoming summer. Have a healthy and happy New Year

hi, the two cats are residents of the vet office i take Squeak. The vet office has 5 or 6 cats that live there and wander around in the rooms and lobby, pretty cool.

I'm in Wisconsin and I still have kale, collards and I have onions! Get some walking onions, in Spring they are the first ones up, no need to baby them, hardy as heck!
